I agree with the other reviewers. This company must be a fraud. I've tried several times to contact them at the number and email address provided. I am on hold for a long time with a recurring automated message which says "your call is important to us, please hold on" yet, NO one ever answers the call. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I purchased a sofa from Minimal & Modern (M&M) for $979.67 by first making sure they could deliver on time for an event I was having. They assured me that it would get to me on time. The sofa was late after M&M had set the delivery date several times. When their delivery company, AM Trucking finally delivered the sofa, I inspected it in front of their crew, but it was damaged. I took pictures, and then the crew took the sofa back.

I called ‘Jeremy’ to request a refund but was on hold. Strangely, he texted me asking if I could email him because he couldn’t hear me. I found it odd that I never spoke to him as I was on hold, yet he claimed he couldn’t hear me. I texted him back to ask what he meant, but he did not respond. So, I sent him an email telling him the sofa was late and damaged; I did not accept the delivery, so the crew took it back. I asked him for a full refund. I have not heard from him again despite another follow-up email. I’ve tried calling several times, but I’m put on hold every time. No one ever answers, even if I hold for an hour.

They had their company headquarters’ address listed before, but I just checked, and it’s been taken off their website. It was a Casper, Wyoming address. I’ve searched for other contacts at M&M but to no avail. I did some Google searches and found a lot of people on various message boards complaining they were defrauded by M&M.

I’m out $979.67 while M&M has ghosted me.

I ordered a mid century modern desk from the website. You never really know what you're getting when you order from a picture. The desk arrived quickly and was easily assembled despite many pieces and steps. It is sturdy, lovely, exactly what I wanted AND exactly as it appeared online!

I've ordered so many beautiful pieces and I've always received wonderful and timely service. Delivery dates have always been accurate.

The bed arrived on time and in great condition! It was easy to assemble and will recommend to friends!

I canceled my order before it shipped and they confirmed my cancellation and refund. A few days later they tell me my order has shipped when I already canceled my order and they will not give me a refund after they said they would. Terrible customer service.
It looks like they are trying to scam me by pushing my order as shipped. The shipping number provided hasnt even had any updates for over a week. I should have known when I was purchasing from a site that looked that didn’t look legit.

Customer service is extremely responsive which is very rare. When I realized I had input an incorrect shipping address, it was corrected with one email (no annoying music while spending hours on hold!)

The night before my order was scheduled to arrive, I received an email with a 1 hour delivery window. Then, the piece (which was exactly as described online) was actually delivered on time.

Delivery was seamless. The guys were very professional and opened the box to inspect for damage. I was very pleased with everything!

They kept me informed of shipment dates that were delayed. Also followed up on the shipment once it came to make sure everything was as expected.

Iam so happy I chose Minimal&Modern the service I received was top notch. I was promised a discount and true to their word it got one .I was kept apprised of the shipment and delivery. My chairs are beautiful and I am coming back for a couchI enjoyed the enter action every step of the way all my fears were calmed .

Josh was extremely helpful, and very communicative in a timely manner. He instructed me every step along the way as to when it would be shipped and any other questions I needed addressed.

I have been looking at the TOV Julia chairs forever! Minimal & Modern had the best price and quickest delivery available. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service.

Well first off when my chairs got here they were packaged very good. When I opened the boxes and got the chairs out they looked so beautiful just like the pictures online. I did receive the delivery on time. I also got a call from the company making sure the chairs arrived good with no damage or missing pieces. Over all my experience was great, I will order from here again and I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Shady business. They had a sale on ottomans and I ordered some. I got a confirmation email immediately after purchase, another confirmation 24 hours later. The next day after that my order was canceled with no explanation. When I went back to the website the ottomans were still for sale but for $150 more than what I paid. If you call them you sit on hold for 10 minutes until it goes to a voicemail. Then they text you from a different number asking you to email. I repeatedly asked for a call and never got one. Don't bother with this site, they're terrible.

I highly recommend this company they have great customer service, I have an issue with broken table top I called them and I got a new replacement less than two weeks later.
I definitely use them again.

I order two stools from them one came damage. Call them up, they return my call right away. Told them about the chair, they had a 3 day policy about damage which I was unaware of I was having my kitchen redone and stored chair in my shed until my counters arrived , I explained this to them. Out of courtesy they send a replacement chair, kept me in touch with tracking and follow up with me when delivered to make sure all was well. Will order from them again. One happy costumer here.
