If I could have given a lower rat

Ordered March 27 and have not received yet. They make it look like a company in California, but I see now from tracking that supposedly package is in Customs.

BEWARE. I succumbed in spite of my misgivings, not being responded to haviang asked for fiber content, washing instructions. Someone acting as if she was a real person, this Eleanor only responded AFTER I placed the order, and within less than an hour or so. Claimed the order had already processed and was even picked up by the carrier! SO she could no longer make any changes or cancel the order which I said to do if the products did not contain COTTON. She's "sorry she can't do more". Added that the pieces "generally" are designed with light weight breathable fabric" (in other words I can expect cheap crap described at other websites not what appears in the pictures, and probably hand washable only.) Her suggestion is to let the package arrive and "spend a moment with it". "Often it looks and feels different in person"...oh I can imagine that! Like cheap crap no doubt..."If it truly isn't right" I should " reach out as soon as it arrives" and she will "personally guide" me through the return process" (which I fear will mean a return address also not clear on the website, to China. She added she appreciates my "patience and understanding" and then had the nerve to sign off "with love, Eleanor". Don't be a dummy and succumb. I SO loved the prints I ordered I am still tempted to let it arrive, but I know I am likely being stupid. I should contact the credit card and tell them to deny the charge.
