Everything is well thought

Everything is well thought out on the web and app is really helpful for going through sessions. Pricing is also reasonable compared to other places and guides/clinicians make the whole process smooth

YOU WILL PAY $ 1100 just to try…

This company sells you by buying “sessions” what they don’t tell you is they only give you a third of the required dosage for a session you would receive if you went into a Ketomine Clinic. If you’re just trying to pay a lot of money to get high, this might be for you. However if you’re trying to use Ketomine for therapy.DO NOT TRUST MINDBLOOM!! After one session I tried to cancel they charged me $1100. Ketomine therapy works just NOT with mind bloom.

Go anywhere else!

Go anywhere else!! There’s no way to actually talk to higher up people or leave an actual honest review on their website. My clinician and guide did not give me the help or support they claimed they would. When you try to reach out you don’t hear back for days. Had to contact customer support that I hadn’t been receiving help or support and was not sure what I was suppose to do next. My clinician and guide made up lies and excuses saying the clinician told me I needed to find a therapist before my next session. I told her multiple times I see a therapist weekly, the same one I’ve been seeing for 5 years. She just didn’t listen at all and constantly cut me off about anything I tried to say. She’s rude and doesn't actually care about clients and tried to cover her ass for making me wait a week to even get a reply from them. She sent my meds and anti nausea meds a week later after she said she was going to. So my whole experience was useless but they don’t care as long as they’re stealing your money. They offered me an extra free 45 minute session with my guide, like I really want to sit there and talk to her again 😂 They won’t refund you even if my experience was ruined due to THEIR negligence and things I had no control over. The amount of anxiety I had spending so much money on this, and for it to be absolutely worthless is sickening. I struggle to hold jobs due to my depression and anxiety. They said this was suppose to be life changing. And I believe the medicine could be, but go to a different company, any other company! I’ve been diagnosed with medicine resistant anxiety and depression. I’ve tried just about everything. Finished trying TMS just months ago with not much improvements. I was hopeful in this program. Don’t listen to the good reviews, they’re all fake and generic. So thanks Mindbloom, for hiring such lazy negligent people to work for your company and ruin it. I will be posting this as many places as I can.

Deceptive practices

Should have been able to give 3-4 stars even with constant complaints over poor app functionality.
One star is well deserved due to the deceptive and harmful actions of one practitioner. This practitioner lied directly to my face despite my multiple attempts to steer them into better action. I spent 38 years as military human lie detector, remote viewer etc. I know when someone is being deliberately deceptive. To act in a deceptive manner toward a patient is and unacceptable practice. These five star reviews are overwhelmingly generic and fake. I'm not sure trust pilot is trustworthy. Seems sleezy.

Truly an awful experience

Truly an awful experience. The medicine that they sent had zero effect in every session, even as they kept increasing the dosage to astronomical levels. I spoke with experts who said that, at the dosage I was taking, the only possible explanation was that they were sending fake product - a placebo with no active ingredient. We then researched the pharmacy they were using to send the product and it turned out it had filed for bankruptcy a few months ago and was hugely in debt. It's likely that it was unethically cutting costs by shipping fake product. Really furious about this.
