I’m very disappointed in the fact that…

I’m very disappointed in the fact that my medication is not going to be shipped out until the 10th. Due to the fact that we live at the epicenter of 7 landslides we are not able to receive mail at our home so we have to use a pack and ship. If thus medication does not arrive by Friday it will sit at the store, unrefridgerated for 3 days which will render the medication useless. This is going to set me back almost 2 weeks. I have followed all of your instructions exactly so I don’t understand why your pharmacy is saying the Mischa put in the refill to early.
I don’t normally ask for “special treatment” but I’m living in a what looks like a war zone! I need my medicine and do not need this added stress in my life right now.
Thanking you in advance for your consideration of this matter

I can only imagine how stressful your current situation must be, and I’m so sorry that this medication delay added to that burden. We know how important it is for treatment timelines to stay on track and it’s completely understandable to be frustrated, given the challenges around delivery and storage. We’ve shared your feedback with our team and pharmacy partner to help prevent situations like this from happening in the future.

If you are still encountering issues please reach out to our support@mindbloom.com so we can work quickly to help.

Thank you again for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.

Mindbloom changed my life for the better in profound and powerful ways. My guide, my clinician and the support staff are all excellent. MB has provided me a better than expected experience and outcome.

There is good and bad.

My guide is great and the app is very good. My experiences with the medicine has been incredible. But Mindbloom support is very frustrating and can’t really do anything for me that I can’t do my self. Every time I emailed them I got a response from a different person. They got dates and times wrong and never did anything fast. The first clinician I worked with seems to have left and the first guide I chose left before my first session the replacement guide I got didn’t show up to my first session so I had to reschedule it. Abysmal. But now that I’m finally able to do it I’ve gotten a ton out of it.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at support@mindbloom.com.

I’m so glad to hear your experience with the medicine, the app, and your guide has been so impactful—and that you’ve gotten so much out of the program.
That said, I’m truly sorry for the early challenges you faced. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our team to help us improve how we communicate and support our clients.

Thank you again for your patience and persistence in sticking with the program. I’m happy to hear you’re now receiving the care we strive to deliver.

Best,

An effective program for treatment-resistant depression

After 20+ years of suffering from treatment-resistant depression, ketamine is the first drug that has really worked for me. It's truly an invaluable treatment and Mindbloom packages the experience in an easy-to-use Telehealth model. Since beginning the program over a year ago, I have interacted with two clinicians and two guides and all of them have been very kind and knowledgeable. Calibrating your dosage can be tricky and take a little time, but the results are well worth the process. I have renewed the program several times because I enjoy the treatment and find the effects incredibly beneficial, relieving me of depressive side effects and helping me process ongoing difficulties in my life.

The treatment itself is great

The treatment itself is excellent, and the care around it reflects genuine attentiveness. There’s a lot to appreciate on that front. But the app, unfortunately, falls short. It’s clunky, unreliable, and doesn’t reflect the quality of the clinical experience. The communication, too, has been frustrating. I’ve had to email ten different people, often repeating the same information, with no clear sense that anyone has a full view of my case. It creates confusion where there should be clarity.

For a company like Mindbloom—clearly well-resourced and thoughtful in its clinical approach—this kind of fragmentation seems avoidable. It would be incredibly helpful if all communication could be streamlined into a single account, so that whoever a patient is speaking to has access to the full context.

Poor business model meant to collect up front

Not a good business practice from the start. I can’t do tabs and need IM. However, that’s not up to you. You MUST buy a full package just to talk to a consultant to see if you are actually a fit, and if so, they decide the delivery method. All this after you paid over $400 just to know where you stand. If you decide it’s not for you, you still owe them $150. What a scam. NOBODY else in the industry makes you do this. If you want to waste your money, here’s a good option.

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Privacy rules prevent us from discussing individual client information publicly, but we encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out through our Help Center: help-center.mindbloom.com or at support@mindbloom.com.

We recognize that committing to a program upfront can raise questions, especially when exploring a new treatment. To clarify, the initial $150 covers a comprehensive clinical consultation which is required to assess medical eligibility and determine if at-home ketamine therapy is a safe and appropriate option.

Because this is a clinical service, it’s non-refundable—even if you decide not to move forward with treatment after the consultation. That said, clients who are not medically eligible for treatment do receive a full refund of all program costs. We want every client to feel fully supported in making the best decision for their care.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, we’d be happy to speak with you directly—we’re here to help.

Best,
Alex Phillips

I love it so far

This has been a great experience. I've completed three sessions. I was apprehensive at first doing this at home. but it literally is one full hour and done. The clinicians and the guides are amazing and they do continue to reach out based on the rating you give each session. The first session was very powerful in terms of visuals and body feel. The second session less so. But they said that could be expected. The crazy thing is, I don't know how or why, but both sessions literally brought up something traumatic from my past that I really need to work on. I went into these sessions with a blank slate, not knowing what to expect, and the fact that these things cropped up in the middle of the session let me know that this actually helps. I didn't feel anything at all on the 3rd session, so I'm waiting to book with my clinician to discuss that. I can't say that I'm 100% fixed after two sessions, but the fact that this brought up deep seated trauma is a holy grail in my opinion. I'm really looking forward to the future sessions and continuing this journey. The app they provide is comprehensive and has a wealth of information. Lots of videos, lots of reading and the ability to voice or type journal. The community is also pretty great of other people on similar paths. I really hope that this type of treatment continues to grow across our country and the world and helps many people.
