I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ritu at the Blackpool branch in trying power chairs & she is the sole reason I chose to purchase the chair through Millercare rather than purchase online.... See more

I am a permanent crutches user , I found it difficult to find ferrules for the ends . I nipped in the millercare shop today, and spoke to Julia. She was so very helpful and got me the correct size first time for my crutches . She was so polite and we had a lovely chat. I sometimes have slight anxiety in shops I don’t visit regularly, but could honestly say I could go to that shop alone knowing Julia was withered to help ! Thank you!!

Julia was absolutely excellent – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had a lovely chat, and she even offered me a cup of tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. She took the time to listen and recommended the right incontinence products with genuine care and understanding. Her warm and sympathetic manner made all the difference. Please do pass on my sincere thanks. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

I took my dad to Millercare on Preston New Road in Blackpool for a mobility scooter. The staff were all brilliant, especially Ritu who was so kind and patient with Dad. Ritu and Rick delivered the scooter this morning and were really hepful. Dad is thrilled with his scooter and it was a great price too. I wholehearedly recommend this business, thank you.

Julia @ the Heywood shop was very helpful with me & my Mum.
She demonstrated the mobility scooters and let my Mum try them out in the shop.
She reassured her and gave her the confidence to make the decision to buy one, all our questions were answered professionally with care and understanding of my Mum’s needs.
Thank you for all your help

The sales assistant, Lucy was extremely helpful in advising on a motorised wheelchair for my brother. To say Lucy went the extra mile would be an understatement, she went above and beyond in ensuring a quality service was provided. The level of care and understanding was exceptional. Thank you Lucy!

Appalling service! I have never encountered such poor customer experience.. ever. Had my husband's scooter 7 weeks and have spent most of my time chasing the company for updates, yet they are quick to take your money for repairs. Absolutely appalled at the lack of empathy shown.. my husband has had to travel abroad without his scooter and had to pay for the hire costs due to Millercare still not being able to complete the job despite us telling them 3 weeks prior to them taking it we would need it back for the holidays. We are now some 7 weeks later still without a scooter with no assurances that it will be ready for my husband for next week despite me advising customer service staff he has upcoming apoiintments at the hospital. Shoddy poor service and not what we expected at all. We used Millercare due to their glowing reviews! Well they have proved to be completely inept in our case and if I could award zero stars I would.
UPDATE. After having the issues raised prompty dealt with by Neil and also a better understanding of the issues with the Manufacturer we were kept in the loop at all times. I have been impressed with the pro active approach following raising my issues. 9 weeks later we now have a fully functioning scooter back. Thank you Neil for you support and hope that the previous issues we raised with regards to keeping customers up to speed at regular intervals can now be put in place to meet the customer experience you pride yourselves on. Thank you again.

Came in yesterday to look for a collapsible wheelchair for my granddad who is quite immobile due to a stroke. I can happily say that we had the best experience at milllercare southport. There was a lovely man who's name i didn't quite catch (he had a Scottish or Irish accent!) who made my grandparents feel relaxed and confident in what they were about to buy. You can really tell they aren't doing this for money, they are doing it to be better people. This was reinforced by them giving my granddad a free grabber, and not accepting a tip!!
i truly cannot thank all the millercare team enough, and will definitely be visiting in the future.
