No bugs, always fast, just works, great design. Radically better than any other bank
I’ve been extremely satisfied with Mercury so far. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, and the overall user experience is very intuitive. The platform offers exactly what you need to manage a company remotely, with clear dashboards and well-designed tools.
What I particularly appreciate is the simplicity of international operations and the integration with modern financial tools. Everything feels built for entrepreneurs, especially those running international or digital businesses.
Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Overall, a very reliable and forward-thinking banking solution that makes managing a business much easier.
What banking really should be! Banks are old, unevolving, poorly functioning.... but mercury fintech has breathed modern life back into it! So grateful! Makes you feel closely connected to your accounts, easy to access, easy to do everything. Just great.
Mercury is the best banking experience I've ever had
Account is beign canceled after years operating with any clear reason, just compliance policies. Nobody explain you.
This so-called company will extort your time for waiting on something that never happens. Claiming a 1-2 day turnaround for account creation when really it takes over two weeks and they do not reply to any emails, which you can only contact by email because they do not provide a customer service phone number, just like any shady business that is unable to deliver on what they promise, and had no customer service whatsoever.
Sudden account closure, I received a non‑active refund check after weeks of no response from Mercury like it was a prank $46,000 in business funds stuck . They don't provide a phone number for support guess why , and restitution of funds seems to be a recurring problem everywhere it’s just outrageous.
Warning: Think twice before trusting Mercury. If something goes wrong, don't expect a resolution—or even a reply.

Easy to use, useful services like filing 1099s, simple to send money internationally, free transfers.
Mercury has been an excellent banking partner for our business. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and designed for modern companies. Transactions are smooth, and the support team is always responsive and professional.
Highly recommended for any business operating in the U.S.
I've literally never been treated as badly by any bank as by Mercury - REPEATEDLY. Yes, all banks are getting stricter around KYC. But none have treated me as badly as Mercury. Extremely last-minute notices. Buggy KYC flows. Be prepared to just lose access to your account from one day to another, and either just get it back with an unreasonable amount of work (first time this happened to me) or not get it back at all (second time this happened to me).
Do not open an account here.
Absolutely terrible service.
Their so-called “holistic” transaction monitoring algorithm is fundamentally broken and unreliable.
I provided clear, verifiable public contracts supporting my transactions, and they still shut down my account without justification, causing real financial damage.
Worse, they clearly lack competent personnel capable of properly evaluating and distinguishing legitimate business activity from fraudulent transactions.
No explanation was provided—even after submitting documented proof. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
This is, without question, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Avoid Mercury if you run a business. They will create unnecessary problems and can arbitrarily shut down your account based on flawed systems and poor judgment.
We used Mercury for about two years. At some point, they simply sent us an email, without any prior questions, saying that our company was no longer a fit for them. My impression was that this was most likely due to our relatively low revenue volume. Before this it was comfortable.
