At such a sad time in my life I would like to thank all the staff for the kindness and professionalism. A special Thank you for Rhonda Muirhead who made me feel Ricky would be well looked after and Bryce Howe for returning his ashes home and spending some time with me. I will not hesitate to take out a future plan for myself.

The Funeral consultant Misbah was very understanding, tuned in to the requirements and helpful. Always updating me.

Professional and excellent service. The Direct Cremation Plan was explained in detail and repeated on several occasions through the enquiry and purchasing process, to ensure one understood the services provided by the Plan. Good experience.

Shaun was very helpful. Easy to talk to and we seem to get sorted quite easily. I did give him the names of my children and said husband who is 88 wouldn’t be able to cope with sorting.

This is the second time we have used Memoria direct and would definitely recommend them. You just make one phone call and they do the rest. They are easy to deal with which takes away all of the stress of organising things because they deal with everything. They kept us up to date with everything and deliver the ashes back quickly if that is what you want.

Memorial is very good and so experienced in all help on bereavements. Thay have guided me throughout and been very good indeed.

I spoke with a lady called Karen who guided me through the whole process and asked me if I had any questions but I was satisfied with everything we discussed on the phone and there was no pressure to purchase.
