Mehrwegtoner seems fly by night company

In my particular case,
It was recomanded by amazon for a philips 375 fax toner.
Cost 50.47. Never delivered.
Ostensibly shipped by DHL?
Then DHL says it gave to parcelforce to deliver.
This never happened.ed?!
Parcel cannot be tracked.
Mehrwegtoner cannot be contacted!?
Now, I try to get my money back from Amazon and/or Mastercard.
In my private and personal opinion, do not touch this toner company and be wary of companies recommended by Amazon.
May be try and go to a proper shop in town!

super toner super Staff good

super toner works like... super, the customer service was very friendly in the correspondence about better selection of printer performance copies and price! Works perfectly... I have now opened an account directly with MEHRWEGTONER customer support quickly and without constant message exchanges and hindrance from eBay. Best decision that we should have made much earlier. Greetings John
