On 31 October 2023 I placed an order for 4 Toner cartridges for Xerox WorkCentre 3025 from Eurotone in Berlin. They arrived six weeks late and they were also not compatible with the printer although they say so on the box. I have emailed and emailed Eurotone and they reply by saying they are looking into it. They promised to send me chips that would make the toner cartridges work with the printer but these have not arrived. I have advised them that to return the cartridges from Cyprus to Germany would cost more that the actual cost of the cartridges and again no response. This has been a very bad experience and i would not recommend this supplier at all. My rating of them is ZERO and Amazon should stop dealing with them.

Avoid Eurotone. Despite sending several emails for about a month about a defect toner I have received no refund or no new toner.

Never again. They are liars, scam company. They did not deliver the goods and only made excuses.

I bought 4 printer cartridges for my Ts5500. They print perfectly, delivery from Germany arrived quickly. Friendly service and good quality. Perfect

Terrible company, they tonners dont work, they spill all over the inside of the printer, had to throw them away, over €400 paid for 10 tonners that were useless. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from this company on Ebay or Amazon
