Used this casino for a while with no problems until now! I am having several issues with my account and no one is responding to me on live chat. I was not able to withdraw my £400 winnings as it asked for payment methods to be verified that I have used previously without issue. This was all done and I closed all the open loops with 4 withdrawal transactions and was told I should be able to withdraw now. Received 2 payments but 2 are yet to be received still pending even though withdrawals are instant with this casino and it is not giving me any other withdrawal options saying there are still open loops but there aren’t even though I’ve done everything I was asked to. In all honesty I've had a really good experience with these personally, only played with them for a short amount of time, and won a few thousand! Withdrew without a problem and very speedy! But the reason I'm giving a 4 star out of 5 is for the fact since then, I haven't been able to play on the site, like I load it up, I put my login details in, press sign in and its just taking ages to load up, you wait, nothing! and then an error page comes up if I remember rightly (not done for a while) and it's something to do with cookies or your browsing history you have to clear it or something, done it once after messing around for probably an hour because I'd never had to do it before, and it worked and I carried on as normal, but then the next time I wanted to sign in, again, the same thing and I'd forgotten how to clear the Trash and couldn't be bothered to spend another hour of my time, figuring all that out when I'm ready to play some slots like! So I've just moved away from them unfortunately! I'd never experienced that before ever on any site and makes it feel like your site is dodgy for some reason when it's not like and if you wasn't having to do that everytime you log in, this would be an easy 5 star because you promote loads of decent games, and multiple providers, the lay out and design is fantastic and easy to navigate, you can see all of your last played games, which is great! Misleading Bonus - avoid this one
On sign up it appears you will get a 100% bonus but this is only playable once you meet the wagering requirements. This is not made clear. It also says on their bonus page ‘double your money instantly’ - how is this instantly?
Chat wouldn’t help me and kept saying that it’s in their T&Cs. This would be fine but their T&Cs contradict themselves. This is also not clear on the TV advert. I’ve read some comments on RTP. My experience did end pretty quickly with no bonus after £20 on 40p a spin, but that’s probably just bad luck. I’m hoping the GC investigate. Please support me if you have the same frustration. Send them an email, give them a couple of months to reply and then submit a formal complaint to the GC. I play low stakes fairly regularly and this is one of the worst ‘bonuses’ (if not the worst) bonus I’ve ever had.
Decent selection of games. Would have probably played more in the future.
