Great shoes, great price. 1/2 size down from US athletic shoe size, then converted to UK. 11.5US is what I wear in sneakers, so I got UK 10 in loafers. Good fit.

Horrible, customer service is awful. They messed up my order and then basically said well that sucks for you. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible experience, and I hope their sales fall through the roof.

i typically wear 10.5 size shoes. When i tried on the 10.5, they were way too big. I returned them for a size 10 and that process was great. The 10s are still a little too big. This shoe may just not be a good fit for me, but I dont want to return them again. Both width and length.

First and last time buying a pair of shoes from this brand. The shoes came with glue residue seeping from the sides where the sole of the shoe was glued and the representative says that this is “normal” for their quality standards. It seems their quality standards are substandard.

wonderful shoes that are very comfortable. only issue is it took 3 days between the delivery label being created and the package to be delivered to UPS. meaning it took more than a week for delivery that was supposed to be only 4 day.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s customer service and exchange process. After receiving my original order, I realized the shoes didn’t fit properly and needed to be exchanged. Instead of a simple swap, I was forced to place an entirely new order, which was already inconvenient.

To make matters worse, the replacement order couldn’t even be delivered to me for reasons that were never clearly explained. When I reached out for help, customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to offer a practical solution—such as sending out another pair while the issue was being resolved. Instead, they insisted that they had to receive the undelivered pair back first, even though I never actually received it in the first place.

This policy and lack of flexibility caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Overall, the process was inefficient, poorly handled, and far from customer-friendly. I expected much better communication and support, especially when the issue was outside of my control.

I got help immediately. The different fitting of shoes was explained to me and helped me make a decision.

Excellent quality leather, overall very good construction. Not a terrible break-in, but definitely needed a few wears to be comfortable. Wore to a wedding all day after about 16 hours of prior wear with no issue. Really beautiful shoes.

My main gripe is that the heel pads aren’t even, so I feel some pressure on my instep on one foot but not the other. I’ll have to have a cobbler fix.

I like how the shoes look and feel, but i do have a few gripes about the quality as well as delivery.

One of the shoes still has a lump of what i can assume to be superglue on the inside, that is really hard to pull off, I did not feel it when I initially tried the shoes on, and noticed it only when going outside. It is near the toes and so I cannot really reach it without risking damaging something. After ripping some pieces of the glue off it does not disturb me anymore, but the taste still soured from it being present.

I have also paid extra for a faster delivery, but from the provided tracker I could see that the shoes got shipped out on the third day, and could only be delivered on day 5 since my purchase, which felt like a bit of a waste. The carrier choice was also really inconvenient, as UPS is not that good here, and I could not switch the delivery method from courier to the one i would prefer manually.

I purchased the 516054 - BLACK CALF - E (ULTRAFLEX SYSTEM) Women's boots. They are incredibly stiff and uncomfortable to wear. Despite being the correct size, they rub on my bones and pinch the top of my feet when I walk, causing a lot of pain. The toe box is also awkwardly long, so they look like clown shoes (again, despite being the correct size). When I ordered, I paid for "free" returns. The return process was difficult to figure out and it turns out I missed the return window by one day. Their 15 day return policy is actually only 14 days (I received my order on 3/12 and last day to return was 3/25). I cannot wear Meermin's shoes without doing damage to my feet, but they refused to give my money back even though the shoes are in unworn condition. Would only give me store credit after I paid return shipping (despite that I already paid for free returns). Given how painful their shoes are and how limited their selection is, I am not sure what I would do with their store credit. I have never tried on such uncomfortable shoes and have never had such a negative experience with a company. Really feels like a scam. Wish I had read their reviews before purchasing from them as it seems like others have had similar issues with both fit and customer service/returns. Buy some nice leather shoes from another company (there are so many good options out there) and save yourself the stress and financial loss they've caused me.
