Got my kit reasonably fast. Not yet completed but close. Only had one question and got a response that solved my question/problem quickly.

I love the overall idea of this product and so pre-ordered it. If there was two word I could use to describe it my time building this it would be poor foresight. As cool as this product looks it is a bad time to put together the tools include for how much you pay is a joke barely able to tighten some screws. I'd that was not bad enough when you bulid the leges you might run into this really annoying issue when tightening the bolt where the things you are tightening down move around so you have to send more time fixing then then going back to tightening. We'll we are on the subject of the legs there is a spring that you have to bend each side why these don't come pre bent I have no clue. During assembly because of this 6 of the 8 have broken off trying to make this thing stand. Ohhh did I mention mine can't stand no matter how hard I tighten it it won't stay up at all it falls then looks stupid on the floor. Going back to building if you have big fingers I'd just stay away, I have small to medium sized hands and the stupid reaching you are going to have to do to get some of these screws nuts on is almost impossible. It is as if the came up with the design first and did not test if some of these secrews were possible. I would say the majority of my time building this was trying to get the world's smallest nut to screw one turn on so I could even attempt to tighten it. When you get done with the base of the spider you are not done there is a separate bag with the eyes you need to add. If you were as lucky as me you got a second pair that you can do something with I am sure. Maybe they would fit on your cats head? As soon as I found out it did not even come with the battery's to make it work, I could just sense that this would not be a good time from this point on so I oppted to just have two unmade eye modules. so now the dog won't be jealous of the cat.

The product is great, this is my second order. The only unfortunate part was that I ordered it as a gift and it didn’t arrive with the tools and a bag was open. I wouldn’t have minded if it was for me, but as a gift I would have liked everything to be included and packaged for a “brand new” experience. I reached out and let them know and they sent the missing tools, but it took them another week.

It came in the mail super fast just in time for my girlfriend's birthday. Came with all the parts and specialized tools that were included in the package. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is because my girlfriend said the instructions could be easier to follow along, and the screwdriver that was included had no instruction on how to change the size of the head which caused her a little bit of confusion. other than that, this little guy is so cute! we love our robo-buddy lamp already and can't wait for him to be finished.

I give a low rating because the costumer service was terrible. No one responded to my emails that I sent and not only that, the shipping time and delivery time that was listed on the site was false. Took way longer than 15 days. I ordered dec 1 I didn’t get it till January 24

Nice package and product, quality wise.

Delivery took almost 2 months. If I didn't remind myself, they probably wouldn't send it at all. They didn't even respond to the last email.

It's not a scam, an item did arrive in time for Christmas, however I did not receive what I ordered.
Ordered 4th Dec, shipped 5th Dec, received 11th Dec.
I read reviews of people getting different items to what they bought and saying customer service never got back to them but I chose to ignore it.
Received the praying mantis when I ordered the scorpion, both different difficulty levels.
I assume it's because they wanted to at least give something pre Christmas even if they didn't have stock of the original item - but this should have been clearly stated and we should have been contacted.
It's a shame because I would like to order from the future because the recipient was happy, and it's an excellent idea, but they really need to have a customer service team.
Giving 4 stars because the product itself and the idea is really good, it's a good challenge.

Product arrived and was just as expected. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived quickly.
I’m very satisfied with the purchase experience and the product.

Would love to order one but don't want to get ripped off.
I posted on the Facebook group, Tiktok, Reddit, everywhere I could find a mention of Mecrob. As a result I was banned from the FB group for attempting to ask if the company was legit (hoping to hear from actual customers). The Trustpilot link was removed from their site, and multiple people have complained about not receiving their product or even a response. The "official" mecrob page hasnt had a post since Aug 2022 with a whopping 5 likes. Also the new/upcoming product was removed from Kickstarter for copyright issues.

Any kind of response from Mecrob will absolutely change my mind and I'll place an order. I desperately want to start collecting these and haven't found anything like it.

Product shipped quickly and accurately. These were gifts and I am not aware of any issues.

Package was delivered to Romania in more days than advertised on the website (it took it 18-20 days to arrive).
I found putting it together a bit challenging (the majority of parts are quite small with some tight and tricky combinations). Two people worked on it. I think it is a good puzzle and I give it 5 stars, maybe wasn't the best puzzle for our level of patience and skill. Assembly was successful (including adding batteries) but frustrating at times. Other than that, parts fit and tools were included (only batteries haven't been included but that is written on the website as well so we knew to buy them ahead of time).

Do not order from Mecrob. They are a scam. I made an order on December 8th, have sent 3 email inquiries (including a refund request), a discord inquiry, Facebook Messenger Inquiry, and Shop App inquiry and have had ZERO RESPONSE. There has been zero update to the order status. Not sure how they are getting away with this someone please shut them down.

I was skeptical ordering a Christmas present from China that randomly popped up on my Instagram. However everything turned out great, it got here in a timely manner, nothing was missing or broken, it's a decent size and looks really good, boyfriend loved it and built it in about 9hrs.

I do not have any words for how bad and unprofessional this company and customer service is. The money was deducted from my account and I still have no information about the order. I have contacted them several times via instagram, contact form and email and I do not receive any reply. 10 days waiting time when their established shipping time is between 1 and 3 days according to the website. The contact form they promise to answer within 24 hours is useless as well. Would not recommend purchasing here.

Ordered on the 28th of November. Product wasn't shipped until 3 weeks later on the 18th of December.

It is set to arrive in January, which is a shame because it was meant to be a Christmas present for my dad. Very poor delivery service.

EDIT: My order has arrived and I am amending my experience from a 1 star to 4 stars. The actual model makes up for the bad shipping experience and my dad is really enjoying putting it together. It is well made and the tools that were supplied are of decent quality. They also include a lot of spare parts.

Some advice for Mecrob. Either announce poor shipping times on your website so that people don't expect it to arrive in a timely manner, or just use a better shipping company. It should not take 3 weeks from the order date for you to actually ship the order.

I ordered something on the first of December. I understand that December is a hard time for most companies because of Christmas but it STILL hasn’t shipped. I tried emailing two days ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I also tried messaging them on instagram and they’re not answering. Seriously buyer beware. I wasted 137$! I’m so disappointed
