Fast delivery, product ok.

Shipped fast and came in great condition.

I want to love these puzzles but there are drawbacks. The pieces are very tiny, like the size of a pin head for some bolts. And don’t drop them as they are so small you may never find them. I also recommend getting a “helping hand” to help hold parts as being tiny they are difficult to juggle when trying to get that tiny bolt on a piece with multiple parts. That said, these are fun “puzzles”, that are not really a puzzle because you’re following directions and not really brain storming how to put them together. (Extremely mechanically inclined individuals can do modifications but be aware there are no extra parts.) And it would be helpful if the directions included an English version. Currently for English speakers you can follow most of the directions by using the diagrams as they are straightforward and can be figured out. All in all these are fun projects though do require an extra set of small holders like a helping hand that has clips to hold parts as you try to get the small bolts attached. I purchased 4 different versions and don’t regret doing so. (I would have purchased a fifth version because I love the look of them but the hippo was sold out.)
It would also be great for a bigger version to be available. One that was twice as large or even bigger. Maybe a range of sizes using more readily available parts from a hardware store in case parts are lost. Or a “trove” of extra parts that you could purchase so you could do more modifications.

The directions were super easy to follow. Thr product turned out to be exactly what I was expecting. Also, having the tools needed to do the job was awesome.

The buying process was super easy and the product was delivered quick!! Good quality and hours of fun, this was a gift for a friend and he loves it!

The kit was fine but missing a tool that you need to build the thing. I wrote and nobody responded. Still don’t habe the micro nut tighter.

There is a step that is missing from the leg construction. The levels embedded in the legs don't show up until after everything is put together.

Except for that, I enjoyed the build immensely and showed it my Facebook groups.

Makes more fun to build thab Lego. Would recommend the Mantis for beginners.

The products came packaged extremely well and looked amazing! All the parts are quality and I haven't had any missing pieces yet! Unfortunately there was a missing tool, but I bought several kits so I had extras! The shipping took about a month, but it was definitely worth it!!

my daughter gave mecrob items, specifically the praying mantis and astronaut, to her bf for his birthday and he really liked them a lot, found them fun to build and they look incredible. it also came with a lot of extra parts and helpful things along that vein. thank you so much for creating such a good product and shipping it in such a timely manner.

Been waiting for weeks for my board. Tracking won’t tell me a thing.

The parts are really tiny so while it is fun to work on it is extremely tedious and time consuming.

Missing a part on one of the models. Ordered a replacement from the website a few days ago, and have not received any kind of confirmation yet.

I didn’t find one piece in my package and I cannot finish, I sent emails, filled a form to get the missing piece and I even sent a message in Instagram and I haven’t received any response, I asked for help and nobody helped me yet

The item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. The instructions are comprehensive.

Amazing product, super fun, still building and I love the challenge

Overall it was a fun build, however shipping takes up to month or more, unfortunately they only provided me with half the assembly tools, and the lights that are supposed to be in the eyes are not included in the build. The build is challenging but i'd say thats a good thing, certainly a feeling of accomplishment when completed.

Product arrived without issue. In my case, it was a metal robot puzzle. It comes with two nice tools. Quality is great. I am becoming a fan of this hobby now thanks to these guys. :)

Product looks well made and the tools that are given are very nice!

Direction for assembly could be improved. Order of hardware is sometimes hard to understand.

The note for build mirror symmetric should be better explained or have the mirror assembly shown as well
