I ordered a mattress which weeks ago…

I ordered a mattress which weeks ago and promised a delivery date within few days (needed for my daughters bed). It didn't turn up, I had no communication. I have emailed the customer service twice, firstly to ask for an update then secondly to request a full refund. There has still been no communication made and there is no telephone helpline I can call. Disappointed with the lack of communication and wouldn't recommend ordering from these people!
