Difficult process to invest as a company, little support how to fill in documents (Thks ChatGPT). Still difficult to complete the payment process (partly validated). A direct chat online could help to proceed instead of emails with time difference with Europe.

So, dealing with your account exec and on boarding team was great. They were very nice and helpful. But the process itself was cumbersome once it came time to pull the trigger. First, after 45 minutes on the phone the first day, I was told that the system wasn't working right, so we had to stop. The next day, we did get it done. But I had 10 transactions, and I had to do them all separately. I could not group them. That was a lotta clicks, which took a long time and wore out my index finger.

Good customer service & made the process easy. Calls that were scheduled were made exactly on time.

They explained the process in a manner that made me feel comfortable with this type of investment -- something new to me.
