Exceptional customer service. Ordered an item online which ended up being out of stock. They checked their other stores which didn’t have it either. They offered an alternative or a discount when purchasing a different item. Hollie couldn’t have done more and kept me informed the whole way through. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again.

I ordered a watch and unfortunately it was out of stock,it was for my daughters birthday present so I needed it on time.i spoke with hollie and she did everything possible to assist and kept me informed .I recieved the watch one day late but it didnt matter great customer care

Ordered a bracelet from here which said available online but got an email to say they can’t find the bracelet in stock in any of their stores, they were very helpful to help me pick a different bracelet and sent me some similar designs, they were super lovely and helpful and gave me discount. Will definitely order from here again always have gorgeous jewellery on their website❤️

5* experience with this jewellers. Watch came next day in perfect condition. The time was set on the watch and they even took links out before sending it at my request. Came with all paperwork and packaging.

Customer service was brilliant, answered all my questions politely and quickly even though I had quite a few questions.

I did previously give a 5 star review to the Yarm branch. But recently have experienced hostility by certain members of staff. I have always been pleasant and a good loyal customer. I however feel that this is somewhat unfair given that I have a pleasant upbeat personality. I totally understand that staff have their own personal issues, but why take it out on loyal customers.

I purchased online with Market Cross Jewellers for a particular swarovski item. I called up to check stock availability. The staff were amazingly helpful - ensured they located online/in store stock of my item. The staff go above and beyond with their helpfulness. They called me and kept me updated.

The email communication progress on my order was great. I was kept up to date. I received my order very quickly in the post. Really pleased with my swarovski bracelet, and the excellent service received 🌟 Thank you Market Cross Jewellers 😊

I have had lovely customer service at Market Cross Jewellers in the Hill Street Centre Middlesbrough from Leigh the manager and staff. I had a damaged bracelet which was bought in February and they went out of the way to source a replacement for me. The service was superb would definitely buy from there in the future and i highly recommend this jewellers 100%. Joan H

I ordered a watch from this company that was unfortunately out of stock. In order to fulfil the order, Market Cross Jewellers were diligent in locating the watch across their stores, and got in touch with the manufacturer to get the last remaining one. Once it was located, it was shipped to me straight away and I’m extremely happy with the product. Excellent communication and lovely company, will be buying from them again!

Ordered a Swarovski necklace but didn’t open it for almost a month. When opened to wear I found a bit of the glue which was used to set the stones had went on the front of some of them. Contacted the store via email, received an immediate reply to say I could return the necklace and it would be replaced. New necklace was despatched the same day they received the faulty one. Great customer service experience, polite and helpful staff (thanks Adam!), great prices and high quality item (my issue was a manufacturing fault, not the store’s fault). Would definitely use this company again!

After a few issues regarding a delay in stock/delivery and communication, the company reached out to apologise for the unfortunate delay and have been helpful in hopefully rectifying the problem. I look forward to receiving and gifting the item.

Advertising items that aren’t in stock. On this occasion this was a coeur di lion bracelet, which I paid for, and 2 days later no communication as to dispatch etc. Chased up via email but no response. Phoned up and they advised the item isn’t in stock. It is still listed on the website with next day delivery.

Edited in response to the reply: thanks, I appreciate the response and can see you’ve now removed the product from the website. Hopefully you’ll sort the stock issue as it is frustrating for the customer. That being said there is some beautiful jewellery on the website ☺️

We visited the Market Cross Jewellers ( Northallerton ) .
We were served by a lovely and friendly lady called Jackie .
Jackie advised us on some Swarovski earrings .
We had seen the earrings on the Swarovski website and noticed that they were in the sale and Jackie
checked this which we didn’t mind and more than happy for her to do and very kindly honoured the sale price for us . Jackie provided us with excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with . Thank you Jackie .
We always find the staff in MCJ Northallerton really helpful and friendly whenever we go in . Thank you again .

I ordered a watch that would see me qualify for next day delivery. Fast forward 4 days and still no communication from them. I emailed them asking what the situation is and I got a reply saying my watch wasn't in stock.

Just wanted to leave a review for the great assistance I received during my order for a Tudor Watch. I had an idea about what I wanted m, but had a lot of questions going forward. Nothing was too much trouble for Matthew and my questions were answered in depth and professionally. I was always kept up to date on my order and also needed advice on how to change my strap and which was the best tool to use. Again, my questions were answered perfectly.

If I ever decide to buy another watch, I would definitely use Market Cross Jewellers again in the future.

Very disappointing company, ordered something for my partners birthday only to be told a week later that the ‘inventory and website’ weren’t up to date and they had to cancel the order. If you can’t make your website and inventory marry up then you shouldn’t be selling online

My engagement ring was a little sharp on the claws. I telephoned, and I spoke with an employee who explained it would be looked at instore then they would ring me with a quote.I said great I wasn't committed to anything.A few days later my hubby took it in for me and recieved a totally different story.
They charged him £24 to start with, and then it had to be sent away, which I was told the repairer was instore. Make your mind up anyway Hubby paid the £24 left my ring and details and came out He explained the situation which I wasn't happy about.I received a phone call for the quote of £185😯 I nearly fell through the floor.
They would take the £24 off which is nice of them NOT.
I can't afford that sort of money it's daylight robbery.
My advice would be if you want a repair go else where

I went to Market Cross to buy a special watch, which I have wanted to have sine the first landings on the moon.
My late, elder brother had one given as an 18th birthday present. Since then I fell in love with the Omega Speedmaster, "Moon watch".
I went in last week to look at the watches as I knew there were two versions of and of course, different prices.
I was met and attended to by Stephen, I couldn't gave wished for a better sales person.
He was incredible knowledgeable about the brand and type of watch I was interested in. He gave me a detailed history and improvements of the watch.
We had both versions on the tray in front of me.
I explained the very personal reason for wanting the watch, which completely respected.
After long discussions, and no pressure, I put deposit down for the watch I wanted.
Stephen name the process very easy abd I felt I was the only customer in the world abd the choosing and buying experience was exactly what I wanted.
I collected the watch today and I as given a further, unrushed delivery of my watch. He went through all the paperwork and warranties.
I walked out of the shop extremely happy with my dream purchase.
