Excellent service, friendly helpful staff and beautiful shop. I recently had to return an item as it was too big but they were able to get me a smaller size and gave me a new receipt so that if this was still not ok it could be replaced or money refunded. I will certainly be back for more ideas.

I bought the new Garmin Fenix 8 for my husband from Market Cross Jewellers, as they offered one of the most competitive deals online. The ordering process was incredibly simple and straightforward from start to finish.The real highlight was the delivery—the watch arrived within 24 hours! Living in Northern Ireland, we are used to facing long delivery delays, so this unexpected bonus was brilliant. One very happy husband! I highly recommend Market Cross Jewellers for their excellent prices and exceptional service.

The staff in the shop in Whitby were amazing and they ordered my ring to be delivered to skipton. They kept me up to date by telephone. Once the ring arrived in skipton the staff rang me and when I picked it up the lady in the shop was really professional and friendly. The staff in both shops are a credit to your shops, the staff in Whitby were especially attentive
