Too expensive
First off, why do you have at least 40 different dropouts? And Secondly, why is the cost to ship a small lightweight part to my door nearly as much as the part? Rediculous.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback on our multiple hangers - unfortunately not all bikes are able to use the same hanger. Regarding the cost of freight, we are always trying to offer the most cost effective solution, but sometimes we are at the mercy of our freight companies. For future reference your local Marin dealer should have the hanger you need in stock
Received my new bike on Friday
Received my new bike on Friday. When I attempted to assemble it, I found that it is missing the bearing cups in the head tube and has three small chips in the frame. I emailed customer service right away and sent in a customer service form first thing Monday. It’s impossible to find a phone number to call and beyond frustrating at the slow response.

Great bike
