great service, as somebody who hasn't had to mess around with my mortgage for the last 20 years i had no idea what i was doing, also there were were added complications of adding my wife to the new mortgage, so despite all my my stupid questions and im sure my annoying emails Louse and Cassie were great with me, explaing everything clearly and calmly and setting my mind at ease whenever a bump in the road came up. Again, fantastic service great advice and perfectly heplful right up until the last minute.Thanks again for making the process as painless as possible.
