Manchesterwindowfactory Reviews

We are thrilled with our new windows and door. The quality of the product is second to none and the guys that came to install them were very skilled and diligent

Great experience from start to finish. Not "salesy", confident of their products and people and rightly so.

The whole process was very smooth and quick. We are delighted with the result and the guys were so clean. Thank you. We are very happy with our new window!

We received an excellent service from Manchester Window Factory from start to finish! From the initial visit to the outstanding showroom ,to the quality product and first class fitters we are very happy indeed with our aluminium heritage windows and doors. So much so that we will be returning to Manchester Window Factory again soon for a further purchase!

Both tradesmen were excellent, pleasant and very professional. It was a pleasure to have met them both.

No fuss, no hassle, and a no nonsense quote and a genuinely good team of fitters . There was very little disruption or mess.
Absalutly made up with the whole process. A first class company and first class hub.

Really great experience from start to finish. Really clear sales process along with advice and design ideas. Installation team were equally good. Really professional and quality service and finish. Overall really pleased with the end results.

Had all our kitchen windows and doors replaced in aluminium and 2 large roof lights.
Really high quality windows that look amazing.
The fitters were fantastic and did a really nice job. Highly recommend the whole team.

Very pleasant experience dealing with the Manchester Window Factory, at all stages - from our first chat in the showroom through to the measuring up/designing the leading and the fitting. A big shout out to the fitters - great job, tidy, accommodating when any issues raised and no radio blaring out all day which is a plus when you’ve trades in your house all day.

Had all our windows and our front door replaced by them earlier this year. From the quote, to the survey to installation the whole team were really great. Very friendly, and considerate. Special shout out to Karl & Joe who did such a good job on the windows in particular. You could tell they were proud of the job they did and took the time to make sure it was done right, and as neatly as possible.

I cannot rate the Manchester window factory highly enough! Alex, Danny and the team were fantastic. Really efficient and the finished product looks fantastic. Thanks so much.

Had read some great reviews and reached out for a quote. The turnaround from quote to fitting was brilliant. Was kept up to date even when they had to make a couple of date changes.

The price for the windows and new sandstone sills was reasonable.

The guys who came to fit were great. Arrived at the time they advised , courteous and spent time cleaning up after they had completed the fitting.

Windows and new sills look great - would definitely recommend.

The staff were excellent, polite, helpful and honest. They were spot on with the installation and were very clean and tidy.

Manchester window factory kept us informed at all stages of the process.
The fitters were prompt, professional with attention to detail.
Very pleased and would use again.

We have been really pleased with Manchester Window Factory from the start. They were able to quote over email, survey the following week and install in under 4 weeks.

The quality of the windows is amazing and they has completely transformed how the house looks. Joe and Carl and the rest of the lads were lovely, on time and have done a great job.

Really happy with the results and service.

Pleased to report a great experience from Manchester Window factory. We did have a hiccup with a measuring error which needed a new window ordering but it was resolved swiftly within a couple of weeks and the install was soon completed. The fitting teams are great - just make sure you have plenty of coffee and milk to keep them going, but we were impressed with their courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail and they left the house neat and tidy afterwards. No significant decoration issues to resolve despite what they have to do to get the windows in and out.
The sales team kept us up to date throughout the process and from our initial visit we felt well looked after.
Would certainly recommend Manchester Window factory to anyone wondering who to choose for their replacement windows.

Had one bay and 7 other casement windows replaced last week. The new windows look good. The two fitters were great, hard working and friendly. Quick and efficient communication from the office team.

Good communication throughout from this family business, with quality products installed by an experienced and skilled team. We have used them a couple of times now and would highly recommend.

This company did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and ready to answer any questions I had. The team that installed my windows worked cheerfully through torrential rain and were very helpful.

Very happy with new bay windows. Cannot fault the Quality or service from start to finish. Fitters did a great job over 2 days. Very professional, courteous and their attention to detail in finishing off was superb. More than happy to recommend.
