I have been travelling for many years with my family and for Umrah and other countries with 7 continents and always dealt with Mr. Aleem who has been great to sort out my journeys he has been very kind, polite and helpful in every way.

We have had an incredible experience, our agent, Mr Adam Khan was very helpful with every step and he kept contact with us in Mecca and Madinah. We strongly recommend this company, especially Mr Adam Khan. He arranged everything for us

Azaan has got good customer service

Contacted them on 14/11/2024 regarding umrah trip in Feb 2025. Agent was very rude.
He gave me a package and I advised that im just asking around with other travle agents to get best price and deal.he he became very rude. His reply was that I'm just wasting his time. I've tuk a screenshot of the chat as evidence. Very unprofessional

Warda gave a great service to facilitate our umrah package which went smoothly beginning to end! Alhamdulillah

5 Star service provided by Makkah Tours.
Nabila Shah was excellent in arranging our Umrah package from start to end. Communication skills was top notch may Allah SWT reward Nabila for her effort. Also recommend the Basma Transport they used for us to pick us up from Airport to Hotels etc.

I was happy with the services me and my family had. Everything was in a reasonable budget for my family and I. Azaan was especially helpful in the booking process.

This representative helped me by using good customer service and kind attitude towards finding the flight I wanted at the right price. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the airlines and airports.

I have a v good experience with them,booked my tickets twice in a year for Pakistan and found v good deals.now im looking forward to go for umrah will definitely consider them again.

One issue that I found is that the company doesn't include/get ticket insurance or any mean for a refund during the ticket purchase. I missed my flight due to a car accident when I was going to the airport and I had to pay extra 1200 pounds.
So make sure you ask to add extra fee just in case you have same issue that I have.
