this is a great website, Plushies are awesome. I have two rn and I love them. this website is so cool. Creators can make plushies (with positions) Hey any creators reading this try making a plushie (if you have a big game, high loved character, try making a product)

Even tho I had to wait a lot for my plush to arrive (because it got lost on track), I'm so glad that the support team helped me and I was able to get my plushie! The quality excellent as always! I love Makeship ^^

I’ve ordered so many plushies from this company for my daughter and they’re always well-made.
Recently I had an issue, not with quality but with delivery, and the customer service agent they assigned sorted it out efficiently with friendly communication. So it’s good to know that on the rare occasion there’s some kind of issue (even through no fault of Makeship itself but a delivery partner) that they sort it quickly and thoroughly. Buy with confidence.

I ordered a ready-to-ship plushie (38 dollars including shipping) back in January 4th, with it shipping on January 10th, but at the end of january, the last mile carrier ended up sending it to a pickup location, instead of delivering it to the address, it eventually returned to sender. i then had to pay another 11 dollars due to tariffs with a different address for a replacement, but that shipment also failed to deliver, it has been 24 days since the attempt and despite several emails, they still haven't actually done anything to redeliver. Do not buy from them until they sort out their unreliable third-party carriers that ruined my chance of getting a plushie of a character very beloved to me.

I accidentally ordered two plushies to a non-existent address, and Makeship helped me get them back even though I asked for help a month later! This is some of the best support Ive received, even Steam support would be impressed!

Great experience with an order with make ship. My order got lost in the mail, and all I had to do was reach out and they sent another. They also tracked it for me and personally updated me as the replacement arrived.

I wanted to say that I've ordered plushies before, and I honestly love the quality of them, so I was excited to order another after my first.
Sadly, it kept getting stolen (first original delivery, and replacement), and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it. But Marnelle/Nelle was SUPER kind and patient to help me get my replacement! Truly made my day.
