Item is on it's way for 30 days now and hasn't moved in the last 10 days after arriving in Slovakia and **supposedly** leaving Slovakia.
The support doesn't try to help me anymore.
On their website it said 10-15 business days to Europe. After we were way above that, they tried to gaslight me by saying it's 20-30 business days (I have screenshots that's not true) and now they just changed the website to reflect their new timeframe.
They don't want to send replacements for the order and obviously don't want to give my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs. Buy the stuff in stores or on Amazon, but make sure you don't have to deal with their "customer support".
Great costumer service.
My son accidently binned part of his order, I reached out to ask if I could purchase the item separately and they sent the binned item for free!

I had accidentally set my shipping to the wrong address and I asked customer service to help me fix it and I was able to have it fixed no problem! Great customer support

I've had bad experiences with other brands' customer service. But Youtooz was so quick I got an automated email to tell me they were prepared to reach out once an actual employee was available as reassurance. But I think the actual email came through within another hour or two, atleast in the same day. It gave me all the information I needed, telling me that my stuff was actual shipping in a batch for June and that was responsible for the delay. They also informed me that my other item was actually already shipped and on the way! Just super quick and super informational and exactly what I was asking for.

I was ordering the RWBY Halloween plushies and yang xiao long plushie I told them how long they said a month but it’s been a month for yang xiao long plushie and no plushie I think Youtooz is a relied to china too much and 4 to 6 months to wait is the most pain in the ass if I were them I had to relied on USA for the product to be delivered like 2 or 3 weeks not 4 to 6 months that’s almost a year I think youtooz is trying to pissed a lot of people off for not shopping at their store ever again nobody like youtooz nobody

Been waiting 13 months for a mug. I am so sick of waiting. Initially bought an APPA mug for presale in March 2025 saying it’d depart in May 2025(it’s currently April 2026). They keep updating their page everytime it gets close to the date and adding an extra couple of months so now it’s been a year. I’m actually going to scream. The communication has been atrocious. But at this point, cancel the product. It’s obviously not working. What a joke. Don’t buy from this company. I suspect it’s a scam

I’ve gotten more then 3 youtooz and I haven’t had any problems but I recently moved and forgot to change my adress for another one I was ordering and so I contacted them to change my adress they responded very quickly, were very nice and helpful, and easy to contact.

I can write how amazing Youtooz is how amazing customer sirve was how they when buying to make our matter better. Let me tell you about Youtooz this company when beyond to make my daughter of 10 years with autism , I can say that because of them my daughter will be so happy on big day, all she wanted was a plushie that was hard to find and that’s when the beyond comes to shine , they helped this mom find it for my daughter. I've ordered a total of 4 items by now, one is currently still in the pre-order phase so I'm awaiting the delivery meant to happen sometime in September. However, the item I ordered before it is taking a whole year to ship for some reason so my previously good experience with Youtooz is quite tainted until I get that order, HOPEFULLY this June-July. The quality, at the very least, is top notch.
Edit: Apparently complaining here does get a reaction, so kudos to the site and whoever works at Youtooz that monitors the reviews! My item has been shipped, so thank you

Youtooz is so insanely goated I love youtooz so much they go far beyond just collectibles I mean they have stuff from your favorite shows to your favorite youtubers in general about 85% of the time maybe a little lower you can find something you will love on Youtooz and there support center is a tier love this company from the bottom of my heart and stay hard or some shi idk
