I ordered the mailbox cake, unfortunately it was not delivered in time for the occasion. 3 days late to be precise. I felt that when I contacted them they did nothing to track where the order was. I will not be ordering from here again.

I’m sorry this is a complaint but I just want so say that neither me or the recipient (my son) were pleased with the order he received for his birthday.
In fact it was very poor and both of us were not expecting such poor quality from a professional company such as yours.
What on earth happened to the filling. The Bruce had just one layer of filling and a few ‘blobs here and there, it was meant to be three layers, it was dry but not knowing any difference he ploughed through and ate it anyway and didn’t take a photo, after all it was his birthday. Cake two, the Plain Jane, well he did take a photo but I can’t seen to add it here.
This is not how your website depicts the cakes you sell.
As I said we were both dissatisfied with the quality and not at all happy with the product.

Received as a gift, presented nicely but there was greasy marks inside the box which isn’t of course the end of the world however the cakes were very dry. The packet advise states to eat them on the day of delivery which I attempted to do but they still unfortunately to dry to be enjoyed.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Apparently the cake is delish (no one has sent me any!!) And delivery was fast. I made an error in the address totally my fault, but they couldn't be more helpful and accommodating to fix the error.
I would 110% recommend to anyone who have friends/loved ones who love cake esp if they live far away.
