Easy to order and reasonably priced, the cakes arrived promptly and my friends were surprised and delighted.

Placed an order as a little surprise for a family member. Not the cheapest of services but i had trust that mail bake would at least get the basics right. Vanila and lemon was ordered with a personalised message in the card. What was actually received was someone else’s order. Customer services seem non existent either. Give them a swerve

Have used Mail Bakes on many occasions and each gift warmly welcomed. Used the service on this occasion to mark the first anniversary of the passing of a mutual loved-one. It was again warmly received and they really welcomed the gesture.

Hello The cake was really dry and needed more jam and cream as much this is a good novelty idea for a birthday and the card was nice but the price is just too expensive for one small piece of cake I paid a total of £12.60 the cake was £6.99 so the rest £5.61 is for the card and shipping which is just too expensive for me to order any more in future. Sorry but I wish you and your business all the best. Thank you

UPDATE - this has now been resolved satisfactorily, and has been put right by Mailbakes. Very grateful to them for their assistance in this
Ordered at 1pm on Friday 2nd October, paid £10.75 for next delivery.
Now on 7th October still no delivery and tracking still showing as processing. Have email correspondence who said they are sorting and will send out new cake yesterday (post arrived today still no cake).
Ordered for my friend’s birthday, very disappointed and would not use again!

We received these cake slices as a gift. It was a lovely surprise. Nice greeting box, and arrived well packed. Delicious!

Ordered for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Turn up on the right day as a nice surprise for my dad’s birthday as I was out of the country on holiday. They also tasted great! Cakes were light and moist with great flavours. I will definitely be using again

I purchased this for my best friend, she absolutely loved it and said the cake is delicious. Great business, service and tasty cakes.

Having to pay twice the price for four slices just to ensure they go through the letterbox rather than two sets of two with an extra for packaging would be better. Also One ended up arriving a day before the second box arrived the day after the intended date.

Thankyou for your reply - please look at the correspondence I have with Lucy at Your company - especially when I drew her attention to a message I had from Royal Mail alerting me to one package being delivered the day before - Lucy reassured me this wouldn’t be the case🤷‍♀️. I actually got no notification for the second package which as I said arrived a day too late. I did write to Lucy again to let her know all this but have not heard back from her

Absolutely love the idea and my friend was so happy to receive this and they looked so nice but were disappointing to eat. They were soggy and didnt take like alot which is a shame as they looked really nice.
