This place is a total rip off. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau, and they do not allow you to leave a review on their website…huge sign that this place is a scam. The products are not returnable or exchangeable, and they are GARBAGE!

I ordered a wallet and matching iPhone case. Unfortunately, they shipped the wrong size phone case and are unable provide one in the proper size for my iPhone. I would not order from them again.

This company has sent the wrong product TWICE now. They seem scammy. It's a poorly run dropshipping company

I ordered a case/wristlet on 8/21/22. Don’t know exactly when I received it. Yesterday, 9/30/22, the snap broke so the outside area no longer closes. I contacted the company and received a response quickly. It said:

“Thank you for your honest feedback. We strive to provide our customers with good quality products and we are really sorry to hear that we did not accomplish that this time.

That is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have with us. I want to thank you for letting us know about this. We're a small but growing company, and are always trying to make improvements! I went ahead and escalated this to our development team so they can look into this.

Please note that we offer a 30-day Return Policy, which means if 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.“

So, basically, sucks to be me. Their product lasted less than a month, but they won’t stand behind it and I’m out 50 bucks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Brought 2 cases last year in November 2021 as its now May 2022 and have not received them, even after many emails saying it will come... company is rubbish.

I purchased $125 worth of items on Nov 24th for the Black Friday sale. I got different 3 cases to give out as Christmas gifts. It’s now December 21st, and I still haven’t even received a shipping confirmation or even a tracking number. So I’m assuming because I still haven’t received my items, it has never been shipped. I paid extra for the 4-5 business day shipping.

After about 1 week after I purchased, I emailed after I noticed I made a mistake with my order and it hadn’t been shipped still. I picked a case I didn’t intend to. The wallet I got by mistake which was in stock when I purchased a week prior, became out of stock after the fact and that was the reason my items hadn’t been shipped. They didn’t reach out to me to tell me that’s what the delay was. I should have saw the red flag there. When were they going to reach out and tell me something went wrong when my item was technically supposed to have been shipped already. But It was fine because it was a mistake item anyway, and they fixed it and sent me a new order and added a gift.

I also noticed a second small charge for $2 for some reason from then within the week after the purchase they told me I need to take up with my bank and not them.

Another week goes by, still no shipping confirmation. I email and ask. They get back and instead of giving me a tracking number for an item they say was shipped, all they did was ask me to confirm my address was correct, and said they would be more than willing to contact usps on my behalf. I emailed back saying I would still like to have my own tracking number, that way I can see what day it’s expected to come, or if there is an issue I can handle it with usps on my own because I would at least have a tracking number. After I said that, I have still yet to receive a response 2 weeks later. Still no items. Still no response about where my order is, or whether or not I can get a refund. They just won’t get in contact with me. At first I was understanding, it’s almost Christmas.

Since then, I’ve been angry because I’ve sent them countless emails everyday. It’s 4 days until Christmas I’m out almost $130 on gifts and they could careless. I wouldn’t even care if my items showed up. Id be happy. At least I got something. I just want my items or money back. I will never trust a company without live agents to talk to again. Don’t waste your time buying from them. The company is heartless and have no compassion at all what so ever to do this during the Holidays and during a time people are still being affected by covid. Shame on them.

I bought my sunflower wallet and phone case over a year ago. Shipping was great and both products are still in good condition. I've dropped my phone many times and the case has protected my phone. I debated on buying for a long time and I would definitely buy again.

I received my phone case/wallet wristlet. It had black marks on it that I could not remove. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They apologized for the issue and sent me a new one immediately. The new one is beautiful does not hold as many cards and items that they advertise but it is good enough for me. Fifty dollars is a little much for this wallet but customer service was wonderful. So sorry others had different service

The worst customer service. Do not buy from this company. They charged my card but I never received the product. Tried calling and emailing several times. They never responded. They are impossible to get a hold of.

Ordered a case/wallet duo. When I received it, it had black marks (almost like oil) all over the wallet. I notified the company & they responded quickly. When I received the replacement.. it also had black marks on the wallet, but the case as well. -.- This time when I contacted them, they said "sorry" & I didn't hear back. Won't be ordering again & do not recommend.

I ordered my wallet/case a few weeks ago. It came in as expected but was sent to the wrong address (my fault). Been trying to get a hold of someone, anyone from this company to correct address and have item re shipped, but cannot get a response from company.
This is a lot of $$ to spend and not be able to get in contact with company to resolve issue. Next step is to stop credit card payment.

I was mixed in whether or not to buy. The reviews were up and down and people had complained about the way it is designed. However, I ordered and let me tell you I am not dissatisfied. There were a couple hiccups with my order, but upon emailing the customer service team I received a prompt reply every time. When my case came in the mail I was over pleased about the texture and quality of this case.

People have also said the windows are small but honestly they’re no smaller than an average wallet case. It sticks out a little to make it easier to pull the card out, but still is snug against the case. If you’re getting mixed feelings out there, be reassured that you will get your money’s worth in quality and customer service.

Got my wristlet case today. It’s not easy to close with a phone and standard passport. The license area doesn’t hold the whole license it sticks up a bit so half the photo is cut off. The dusty pink is far more dusty looking than pink, think slightly pink brown marble color. The magnet part to the case is nice. It should come with metal rings in both sides to attach a strap if necessary. I’m gonna give this a solid 3 out of 5. It was packaged very well and shipped on time and arrived when promised. I’m not sure I’d spend the money on another. The concept is great but it could use a few design improvements.

Absolutely LOVEEE this wallet!!😍😍 It’s soo cute! & the matching case that came with it fit my phone perfectlyyy. The wallet has lots of pockets & room to hold a lot more things besides your phone which is great! I bought the charger tassel too & loveee it!

They have removed my reviews(which is against the law I just recently learned ) on their original website now 3 times in a row yet still have yet to have someone contact me about my purchases . This is all falsely advertised and I pray this company gets shut down eventually .

I’m never one to read reviews let alone write one but after seeing so many negative reviews I had to. I ordered from this website about a week ago and after not seeing tracking information for 3 days I panicked. I googled their reviews to see if I was scammed and it looked like I was, so I ordered something similar from a different company. I finally received tracking info and my package literally just came this morning, 8 days after ordering. Overall, I am impressed so far. The wallet is a little smaller than I imagined but it does get the job done. The card slots are on the smaller side, but they hold what I need it to. The only thing that annoys me about the card slots is that my ID sticks out further but that’s manageable. The phone case just BARELY goes over the lip on my phone so if I was to drop it facedown, it would definitely crack. But I have a liquid glass screen protector so I’m not worried about that. The magnet in the wallet definitely holds the phone well. I also ordered the black tassel key ring.. the ring on it is silver and the rest of my wallet has goldish bronze rings so it clashes, but I can get over that. I order an AirPod case as well and am a little let down by the quality of the key ring that came with. However, overall I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely order again!!

Case started to crack and tassle charger stopped working

My experiences with this company have been very good. I ordered a pink wallet case a few months ago, it came on time and has held up well. I tried to order a cross-body wallet case and I received an email that something went wrong in production and they offered to send me a different phone case of my choice and a free tassel charger of my choice. I chose they wallet I wanted, and they sent it to me with the tassel charger. Customer service (Traci) has been extremely helpful through all of this, and I would definitely recommend this company and their products to others!

Wow, I'm sorry some of these reviewers had a worse experience than I did. It was the same for me too, I ordered, waited, and waited, and waited for weeks but it never came. I finally recieved an email and they told me that they recieved a deceptive batch and I could wait longer (and receive a free tassel for the inconvenience) or I could receive a refund. Well, I don't mind waiting, so I decides to just wait a bit longer, and I was told the expected ship date. Well a week past after the expected shipping date and I emailed again, then I got the excuse that it was lost in the mail... which was strange to me because if it was already in transit, I should've gotten a tracking number or notification that it sent out. I was told that if they couldn't find the wallet, they would place another order by the following Wednesday and they issued a refund for my trouble and bad ecperience. Wow! Guess what! Still no notification of a new order being shipped by the following Wednesday or even currently. Every email I send now is either being ignored or they just don't care anymore. I simply just want my wallet. Every review you leave online never gets posted and every time I leave a comment on their ad on Facebook, it will get deleted, and it's gotten to the point now they barred me from being able to post comments on their ads and fb page. Shocker! This company is a joke and based on the reviews I've read, it seems to be a hit or miss on those who are able to receive their product and those who don't.

I ordered a Crossbody Wallet Case in Pastel Pink for my daughter for Christmas. They packed it in an open, white sheath and mailed it to me inside a cheap bubble mailer. Unfortunately, the wallet's zipper pulls were sticking out of the top of the sheath. I cut one of them with scissors while I was carefully cutting the top of the mailer open. They should have packed it in the mailer with the zipper pull side at the bottom. They would not send me a new wallet, even though this was entirely their fault. I gave my daughter a damaged wallet for Christmas. I'll never order from them again. They don't stand behind the meaning of "mahalo."
UPDATE: I also tried to post this identical review on mahalocases.com. They never posted it. I looked over all of their products and there are no 1 star reviews. They give themselves all 5 star reviews. Buyer beware!
