I was sent the wrong case. When I inquired about a return exchange I was told I had to pay to sent it back despite the fact that what they sent was wrong. In addition, the charge for the case upon inspection in any size was poor. Bought one from eBay very similar for 1/8 the price. Last, it felt like a drop ship mess. The quality of the whole package was very sloppy. No receipt, crappy envelope, it was all very poor. Go elsewhere. If your gonna charge top dollar for merchandise at least behave like areal vendor.

Correcting a previous review
I have never done this before, but a few days ago I wrote a negative review about this company regarding their shipping, and I want to modify that review. I had ordered the item on May 26th, and it had been over two weeks, and I still did not have the item. It had been hung up at a shipping facility for nearly five days in the same state in which I lived, and then it was sent to two other states. However....I received an email from their customer service informing me that my item was, indeed, on its way to me with an expected delivery date. It did arrive, and then I discovered that the tool used to remove excess watchband links was not included, like it was on other watchbands that they sold. I wrote to customer service asking about the missing item, and they wrote back immediately, that the particular item I had ordered did not include that tool, but they were going to send me one anyway, and he attached a video on how to use the tool. So, I am correcting my previous review, because in spite of the difficulties I had in getting my item in a timely manner, the company did come through to correct the problem, and went beyond what was expected.

Order 5/22/25 for gift . Emailed asking to cancel as gift date had passed . She said when I receive it . She will send return label . We'll let's see if this happens . Reported to bank . Received 6/3/2025 after contacting them because tracking number had never been scanned in post office Plesse stop deceiving customers .

I have ordered and iPad cover. Long time waiting, a strange tracking number (notified the company about it, they said it was normal). I have received a box with just cardboard inside. I have realized later, that this package was a mistake. The real item arrived 2 days later. The quality of the item is ok, nothing fancy. I think is overpriced, but it works fine.
Zero Transparency…
After ordering the product and receiving a USPS tracking number I waited 6 days for the item to actually be given to the USPS for shipment. During this time I contacted customer service who reassured me that it was already on the way and the issue was in the lack of updates from the USPS. Total malarkey and zero transparency from Moderno. I now have serious concerns about the quality of the product as clearly they engage in some deceptive practices.

I ordered a case for my new iPad. It arrived,from China.(something not disclosed by the company). It is fine but wiggly on one side. For the money it is definitely not worth it.
Sadly I will no longer order anything more from this company.

The Moderno company sent the wrong size iPad cover. We were unable to get it exchanged. We have no interest in working with Moderno again.
Not shipping orders after receiving payment
It seems I am experiencing the same issue as others. I ordered a product and was told it was shipped. Their website says 3-5 business days. After not receiving it, I asked them about it I got an email it was “on its way” with a tracking number. The tracking number says they haven’t received the item to ship. Moderno says it’s on its way. I just want a refund because I don’t think I’ll ever receive my order.

Definitely beware!
I ordered an Ipad cover with handheld strap. It seemed like the exact thing my husband was looking for. It has a hefty price tag even at the joke of a half off claim🤔 July 27 my credit card was charged and on Aug. 3 I received a usps tracking #, however on Aug. 11 usps has yet to receive the package for shipping. The site claims US orders ship within 3-5 business days. I suspect that is after they receive the shipment from China. As other reviewers claim, this company is not at all transparent on this. I reached out by email and was told they were doing everything possible to get my order to me and that it was “ in transit”…from where? That was a week ago that it was in transit. I can’t review the item itself because 15 days after being charged i have yet to receive it, and usps has yet to receive it! I would say definitely shop somewhere else!
Staff is stupid
I don’t think they could hire a more stupid staff if they tried. I had a 10 email correspondence with them and still did not get the information I wanted. Don’t buy here.
moderno leather ipad case delaminates and comes…
leather ipad case delaminates and comes apart. Looks like it's 10 years old at the 10 month mark. Company said they would replace it, then apologized and said they wouldn't because it was 10 months old and their policy only help you to 6 months. Wow.
Misleading delivery, flimsy product
I ordered this black Silicone cover on January 3, 2023 the day after ordering a new iPad Pro 12.9" 2022. The iPad arrived two days later. The Moderno ordering process said it would deliver "United States - Free Delivery (Estimated 3-5 Working Days)". After not getting tracking information for several days I kept emailing their support and was told it shipped, but no tracking. Finally got tracking number, no but ETA. Finally figured out it was shipping from China. Not happy. It did arrive on January 17th, 10 working days after order placed. Silicone cover is okay, but as some other reviewers noted, it is a bit flimsy especially on the side where the Apple pencil would connect. It works okay for my purposes of protecting my piano as I'm using the iPad for online piano lessons, but I would not recommend this for anyone moving about much with their iPad. I would not order from this company again due to the trouble with getting shipping information and the shipping from China without providing any heads up about that. The projected shipping time was misleading.
Lack of Transparency
The reviews here really scared me. I ordered two Liquid Silicone cases for the iPad Pro 11" (2021). Overall, I like the cases. The silicone material is silky to the touch and the case fits around the iPad snugly, protecting all four corners and the camera very well. The interior of the case has a soft lining to protect the back of the iPad from scratches and all buttons operate well under the cover. The Dark Cyan color is beautiful and accurately represented on the website. Unfortunately, a few things detracted from my experience. Where the Apple pencil sits, over the buttons, the charging port and all four speakers, the silicone material flexes. It needs to be that way for those areas to operate easily but I'm careful never to pick up the iPad from the pencil side of the case. I dislike the speaker holes. All four speakers are covered by small pin holes which do not line up with the large speaker holes on the iPad. Everything else was precisely cut, so I don't understand this. The case is overpriced for a back cover only. And the worst thing, order fulfillment and shipping raised some concerns, especially after reading the negative reviews here on Trustpilot. I believed this company was in Canada and I live in the United States. On September 9th. my credit card was billed a foreign transaction fee for the purchase and it listed Toronto, ON as the location. The order sat for a period of time and was not fulfilled until September 17th. after I emailed customer service, which was courteous, responsive and effective. They provided a tracking number originating from Southeast Asia. I have no problem with the origin of a product and, to be fair, the tracking system kept me well-informed. What I do have a problem with is lack of transparency. If a company is in North America but ships directly from overseas, they should disclose that. It impacts whether or not I will ever do business with them again.

The “customer service” rep I’m emailing is horribly rude, telling me that I broke the charger I brought for my husband because it stopped charging his phone at night. They refuse to help in any way, they lie to keep your money, they send 1 sentence responses blaming you and treat you like their faulty products break because you broke it.
I have never had someone in customer service treat me this way. It’s honestly like emailing with someone’s pissed off teenager. (It probably is!)

My charger stopped working after about 3 months.They asked me to send them a video of it "stopping working" for "their product improvement deprtment" and said because I didn't buy an extended "waranty" (sic) I couldn't get a refund or replacement, which I believe is probably illegal is it not? AVOID.
Horrible tech and service
I had a simple charger stop working after three months. They refused to do anything to assist. There are much better products and companies out there for the same prices. I highly suggest buying elsewhere.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering! No stars if I could. I bought a red leather iPad case and they kept emailing me to write a review as soon as I received it. Well, I have to have it a month or so, because you never know. When I emailed them about it being fake, I never heard from them again! Well, it’s GARBAGE! They lied and said it’s real leather, no way, didn’t smell like leather at all! Fake Fake Fake It’s more like PLeather! This is why I do not like ordering on line! You never know what you’re getting! It fell apart about 2 months later, I paid $40 for this fake crap and had to go back to using my $10 case I bought from Walmart! False advertising is against the law! ******Save your money people!*******
Missing Delivery
We ordered two cases from Moderno Collections. Our USPS said that it was delivered, it was not. After reaching out to our USPS, they recommended that we reached out to Moderno Collections. We reached out to Moderno Collections on three separate occasions to see if they could help us. Each separate response was received, they were all automated responses with the same information telling us to reach out to our USPS. There is no customer service number to personally talk to someone.
