Bought a battery for a customer. Asked for express delivery. As the domain was co.uk (not China) assumed delivery in 3-4 days not 2-3 weeks. My customer got fed up waiting so got a full refund.
Puts my business in a bad light won't use again as I could have got it quicker using my Chinese contacts.

As others have said. Avoid. This is a scam.

I ordered a replacement battery for my samsung laptop June 2023. I got it month later and had to pay extra charge for customs fee which i was not told about. The charger stopped working 1 month later. I tried to get hold of seller no replies. Until Nov 23 they even said i would have to buy a new replacement, which i said was unfair as the product didn't work and was not fit for the use of a replacement battery as only worked for 1 month. Plus when i bought it clearly said 1 year warranty. Company in china do not buy anything from their web site, stick to uk companies not worth the hassel. **DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WARNING**

Ordered a replacement charger. Website said 5-12 days for delivery. Arrived after 15 days, but wasn't the right charger. Have tried contacting for a refund on multiple occassions but no response! Have since ordered and received the correct product from a different company.

I forgot the charger for my laptop and so bought this charger. It has worked very well to date and I'm pleased with that.

Low cost replacement battery for my Razer laptop. Obviously not a UK company but I paid with Paypal to be safe and 9 days after order my battery arrived.

I didn't get an order confirmation either, but it did show up on time and is an oem part.

I saw a lot of the negative reviews and I think they're caused by the distributor, and I'm pretty sure it is just an in country (China) distributor, passing themselves off as UK based using an ecom site with local country addresses.

Nothing really wrong with that, if you get your product and pay a good price what else is there to complain about. Dropped a star for not getting any order confirmation

If I could score it as 0, I would. It is not an English company so don’t be confused with the Co.uk address.if I had known that it was not based in the UK, I would not have ordered from them!

The website does not allow you to log in and check the status of your order.

I have told the company I wish to cancel the order after waiting nearly 3 weeks for the battery ordered. They have offered me a partial refund when the item arrives. I have told them no as I want a refund. Since then, the communication has stopped.

Contrary to many of the reviews I received good service. They are based in China, so delivery did take longer than expected, so not one to use if you're in a hurry, but other than that communication was good. Most importantly when I had a problem with the charger they sent me (which wasn't their fault), they sent me a replacement without fuss.

As many here, I ordered on this website without checking it out first, as I was in a rush. I haven't received any kind of order confirmation, and when I try to create an account, it tells me my email is already registered. I never created a password so I asked to reset my password and it said I'd get a new one. Nothing has come through. I have no idea if I will ever get my battery, so I guess I will need to order one from another website and try to get my money back for this one via PayPal...

I ordered a charger online, and realised immediately that I should have checked the reviews, this is NOT a UK based company, if you need an immediate replacement order elsewhere, I tried to cancel the order the same day and was not able to do that. Communication is terrible, they will only reply by saying the charger has been sent out by post.
Too late to cancel, I paid extra for what I thought was tracking and immediate delivery, only to realise later that it is not for fast delivery, having tried to cancel the same day, I was not able to communicate with anyone direct, the charger arrived 2 weeks later, I was able to buy one from another supplier locally, it cost a bit more, but is a new replacement, like for like.

Complete lack of communication. As other reviewers have said it is a Chinese manufacturer masquerading as a UK company. The account page is useless, still shows the item as being processed. They fail to respond to queries unless you raise a complaint with PayPal.

Rather naively, I ordered an Asus charger from this crowd thinking they were a UK company, as the .co.uk suggests. I created an account so I could track my order, but of course you cannot access your account after the order is made.
I then emailed them to ask why I could not access my account and the reply was "we send you an email when your order is on it's way". After reading the reviews I decided to cancel the order, to which they replied that the order has been cancelled, and I would be refunded, but they would deduct £4.00 as the charger has been ordered by them. To date, I am still waiting. Surely Chinese, or any other countries should not be able to operate as a UK company.

First of all NOT a UK company.
It will take weeks to arrive.
It stated Genuine HP Battery and it clearly wasn’t.
PayPay useless as ever in disputes.
If you like being messed around, lied to and mis-sold then try these jokers.

Perhaps, rather naively, I ordered a charger for my ASUS laptop from this company without properly checking them out, so I was quite taken aback by the negative reviews on this website. I had chosen this company since they appeared to specialise in ASUS components. Since I had no estimated delivery date, after three days I left a message on the company’s website asking for a delivery date and received a reply from PayPal saying that the company had informed them that the item had been despatched and giving me an email address for further information. On contacting this email address I received a reply giving me a tracking number and a link to a tracker website (17track.net) which enabled me to follow the progress of the package.
The charger appeared to have been manufactured in Shenzhen, China’s major centre for electronics production and home to large companies such as Huawei and many smaller component manufacturers. Within three days of my order the charger had moved from the manufacturer to the Chargers Online sorting centre, on to the airport, travelled to the UK and cleared customs at Gatwick. It then slowed down, taking four days to travel to a sort facility at Slough, then to a local courier’s depot, then to their sub-depot, before finally being delivered by Hermes.
So, in conclusion, you have to know what to expect. Clearly, if you order something directly from China it’s going to take longer to arrive than a similar item from, say, Amazon where it will already have made most of its journey around the world by the time you order it. As to the quality, my charger looks identical to the original that came with the computer, down to the ASUS name on the side, and appears to work perfectly well, so I have no complaints.

Please avoid at all costs. The charger I bought blew up and gave me a really bad electric shock. I wound hate to think what would have happened if this was a child. Horrible Chinese company!

Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!! Gave impression it was UK company email had co.uk address and "Andrew" was the person who replied to my email. All changed once l paid as l found out it was China. Now taken out dispute with paypal.

I ordered a power supply from this company and then was astounded when later reading the reviews so I immediately contacted Paypay to try to cancel and went through the process. The part ordered arrived, ok 2 days later than the 7 days promised but was perfect and works fine. I wrote to the company and told them to look at the reviews and that people stated that they were a "scam" company. I can only say that you can only speak as you find and don't be put off by negative comments.

Beware before you use. I ordered a charger after 1 week I had not received so I cancelled the order as legally I am entitled to do(Cooling Off Period) then miraculously it arrived. Item return I paid for signature delivery by Royal Mail which I have, I have been trying to get a refund now for over 6weeks. Time to report them to Trading Standards. Disgusting company.

Happy to join with the bad reviews, total con job. Getting onto paypal now to try and get it resolved through them, don't waste your time or money.

For £33.99 I received Dead....at least 3 years sitting on the shelves Laptop Battery. Appalling customer service!
