Take your money and then don’t turn up! Promised and engineer yesterday and of course no one and now you can’t reach then !

After numerous shocking experiences dealing with JLA, it was time to find a new supplier.

I ordered a new tumble dryer from MAG to replace my previous machine and found the service to be impeccable. The process was simple and fast, the communication was prompt and the delivery was timely. My new dryer is now installed and operating and my staff couldn't be happier.

I want to say a massive thanks to the team at MAG for their exceptional customer service and a special shoutout to their engineer who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

A Great Company if you want to choose one that does not have turnaround targets for repairs and threatens every call out might be chargeable even if your machine is only a few months old.

Waited all day for an engineer to call let alone turn up to fix the machine and then was told that it will be sometime but can't guarantee when that might be.

You might decide that this is not quite the level of service you need for your laundry.
