The delivery and pick up was good.However, ironing was extremely horrible half of the clothes not even iron properly. They did not iron my dress arms at all. I won’t use this service.

Their communication was excellent throughout. They used products we asked for our sensitive children and it was a joy to unwrap clean toys, folded and ironed clothes- thank you so much.

We would like to explain the issue with your ironing service. Many of your items were labeled as "dry clean only." As a result, cleaning them against the manufacturer's recommendations caused severe wrinkling. As a professional laundry service, we always recommend following the manufacturer's cleaning guidelines found on each garment's label.
This advice was communicated to your husband upon delivery. We must clarify that we are not responsible for the quality of the initial cleaning, as we did not perform that service. We only provided the ironing service as requested.
We have reached out to you in hope of assisting you with your negative experience of our service.
