Prompt and kind customer support. Alicia politely guided me through the warranty process, and successfully replaced my device after some troubleshooting and documentation. I really appreciated the warm customer support from her.

Very unhelpful when it came to a…

Very unhelpful when it came to a warranty claim, so extremely poor support after spending well over £700 with them over time.
100% I will not use them again, they’re not the cheapest anyway,
Go try find a phone number for them, they won’t give it out, it’s not on the web page, and they don’t call you when you leave a message asking them to.
Poor customer service, returning customer at that, avoid.

I had an issue with a Roffu mouthpiece…

I had an issue with a Roffu mouthpiece where the magnet had come out, they send me free of charge a replacement mouthpiece even though its technically not under warranty.

5+ for Customer Service, very prompt too.

Have bought a few items from them over the years.

Amazing customer service!

Good customer service is REALLY hard to come by … however these guys give an amazing service!

My vape of seven months (constant use) died due to a sensor error… panicked I emailed the warranty email and got almost an instant email asking me to upload some evidence. I was missing the box and had moved house since and I expect a big NOPE… but within 20 mins a new one is being shipped to my house next day… amazing, made my day!

Really caring and helpful team! Xx

Run away from this store

Run away from this store.

They don't respect the 14 day cooling of period.
According to EU law you have 14 days to return a product bought online, they are trying to sneak out of this. I will launch a EU report and a charge back on my bank. They ask if it was opened or not, but nothing in the EU law specifies that something most not be open for it to be returned, in the exceptions there are no mentions of this, they are just trying to get away of their obligations to the consumer. Avoid this store at all costs!

Give Alicia a raise!

Had a device error with a vaporizer I bought from them after using it for a year and Alicia sorted out my query no problems, super speedy and friendly! Got a new device on the way and very happy knowing they stand by their warranty! Top tier service - will always come to MagicVaporizers for any dry herb needs! ✨

Great Customer Service

I bought my first vape there many years ago and everything was fine. Now, with the new vape I purchased, a part of the mouthpiece broke after only a short time of use. Normally, that part isn’t covered by the warranty, but they were kind enough to send me a replacement anyway.

I've already bought several vapes…

I've already bought several vapes through MagicVaporizers and I'm extremely satisfied.
The staff is incredibly helpful, and the service and warranty are 100%. You don't have to be afraid to buy anything here; you get excellent service and help, and if there's ever a problem, you're helped right away.
I'll stick with MagicVaporizers.
