I bought a Moser 1400 from made4men
I bought a Moser 1400 from made4men. After realizing that the product was fake, I decided to send it back. I was almost sure that I will not get my money back but the machine was so bad that I decided to send it back anyway. They don't support getting back their product. So I paid an additional 168 NOK to send it back. I got the delivery message from postnord. I contacted the made4men to get my money. They said that it would take a while. I contacted them again after 10 days. They said they had not received the package. While postnord already says that the package is delivered.
I can assure you that this is a scam and don't trust it at all.

I have to start by regretting the process many times.
For a start, we do not sell fake products - they are genuine and come from Moser.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to help you, as we have not received the returned package, and you have not been able to send the necessary documentation.
We had hoped that the process had looked different, as we always want to help our customers in the best way, but unfortunately we can not do anything further when you can not send us the necessary documentation. I am sorry about that.

Too long to wait, anyhow I received all ordered items.
It more than a week that I have been waiting for delivery of my ordered. But still hear nothing and get nothing.
Updated :
From website when I decided to ordered they charged 79nok for delivery as it said “Anbefalet!” (Recommended) which another delivery options is 99nok with the same delivery timeframe. So, I choosed as their recommendation, which will take 2-6 working days.
19/07 at 16:20 I got email confirmation of my ordered (actually I ordered on Sunday night, I will not count as it out off the working hour)
26/07 at 18:57 I sent email to ask an update
27/07 at 09:52 I got email inform that it will take 6-10 days
27/07 at 10:47 I replied with question on tracking number
27/07 at 13:57 I received email said their is no tracking. Then again said this type of shipment takes between 5-7 days and if I do not receive package by Thursday (29/07) then feel free to return.
28/07 at 13:13 I called their call center to understand what was happening? Why each time info I got never the same. Actually, the person whom I spoke with told me that item should be on the way. And he said package will send to my address.
30/07 in the morning, I got notification letter from post that I have to pickup package from post office without information of the sender (NO SENDER NAME AND ADDRESS FOR RETURN)
Finally, it took from 19/07 until 30/07 to get my package
The reason I am not satisfied because what they committed on their website wasn’t happen. Need to improve then it will be perfect.
For the product that I ordered, everything good p, the packing in good protection, received with no damages.

I'm sorry you have not received your package yet, but the delivery time is not over yet.
As previously mentioned in our email correspondence, Postnord Maxi Brev has been chosen.
This method takes 5-7 working days, but delays can occur with them. The package was shipped the same day you ordered.
We also offer shipping with Helthjem, which is delivered within 2-5 working days.
Therefore, you are welcome to return on thursday if you have not yet received your package.
