100% scammers
I ordered an expensive trimmer, received it and it didn’t work straight away. Bad trimmer or charger, in any case it didn’t work. They made me test it for days and refused to refund me. I even sent them videos of the product not working as per their request.
Finally I sent it back and they email me back saying they’re sending it to me again and refusing to refund me. The terrible product didn’t even work once and still they refused to do any meaningful support. Avoid avoid avoid? They’re cheap scammers

Som nævnt i vores korrespondance med dig, kan vi ikke fremkalde de problemer du har oplevet. Vi har renset laderen og ladestikket og fik trimmeren fuldt opladt. Derefter havde vi den kørende i over 60 min. inden vi slukkede den og testet den med og uden afstandskam. Begge dele virkede upåklageligt og der var ingen problemer med afstandskammen, den sidder fast og rykker sig ikke.
Vi har derfor ikke kunne godkende den som en reklamation.

Beware!! I received my product quite quickly BUT the product had 2 small faults. It was very expensive so i expect it to be fault free. At first, after writing to them to complain, they replied wanting more information but then they just stopped replying and ignored my mails! Not a serious company by just ignoring the problem and not helping solve it. I suspect that they are selling factory rejects and then hope the buyer will accept the faulty product by making it difficult to get in contact with them. Not a serious company! I would never use them again.

Stop selling garbage please.
I have no issues with your service but the Njord straight razors are an absolute scam. You claim they are rated 61-65 HCR which I could tell is false the second I held it. The razor is extremely dull and quite frankly completely unusable.
If you care about your image, either start selling proper straight razors or stop pretending that you already are.
