Great selection of peg board implements. The website was easy to navigate and find the options and make selections. Checkout was easy and secure. I like the extra size and heft (significantly better than the flimsy stuff). The baskets are versatile for things that don’t hang well on their own. The paper towel holder is sturdy and well made - a nice addition. Really made organizing my tools easy. Easy to order, quick delivery.

Pegs fit ok into the metal pegboard, but not as tight as I wanted. I will fiddle with them to see if they can be tightened up. Grade do far, C.

Starting with negative, a few problems encountered:
- charge on my CC was international, payment processing is in Bulgaria. Hopefully there won't be any foreign transactions surcharge.
- Quality the website brags about is not what you get. Yes, you get a slightly thicker metal wire, but it is the same I have from Triton. Some of more complicated elements, for example 1/4 Pegboard Screwdriver Holder Set | Extra Heavy, are not aligned straight/vertical. A few hooks, in different lengths are not at 90 degrees tot he wall, sloped down slightly.
- 3 buckets set, 2 have rust in some of the welding locations.

The most positive:
- the way hooks lock in place definitely works
- worth buying if you do not need a set with some things you never use.

James contacted me right after I left my review to let me know that a replacement were sent, I did not ask for it. When I received it yesterday I was surprised to find a box full of goodies, including a much better quality BUSKETS!!!

I love these new peg board hooks. Since they don't fall out like the other ones that I had I can comfortably take an item off the hook and know the hook will remain in place. Before they would fall off and be behind furniture that I had to move to get to the hook and put it back on.

I was very impressed with everything I got from MADD tools with the exception of one thing that came slightly bent and unusable as a result. I reached out and got a reply within a day and a new part was sent out without any charge. Quick, great customer service and a great product that is far superior to the other alternatives.

Received my order as expected. As far as quality of items, for the most part hooks were good. A few double straight hooks were not straight with the wall. Overall good experience.

Absolutely love my items. My previous pegboard hooks would fall out if I lifted a tool off the board. These from maddtool are secure. Very happy and highly recommend

I posted the review below immediately when I received my peg board accessories from Madd Tools. I am updating because shortly after posting the review I received a contact from Madd Tools to make it right. I did not request replacement items, and had made the items work for me, but Madd Tools stepped up immediately and took the initiative to send out replacement items. I would say that is FIVE STAR customer service. I will absolutely do business with them again.

I like these peg board items. The design of the baskets, the paper towel holder and the tape measure holder is really good, and they look good. However, there are issues with two of the items that knock down the rating. The paper towel holder is manufactured in in a way that the round towel holder does not easily slide in and out of the slot. It takes considerable force to open and close, and the locking pin hole does not line up. Then on the tape measure holder, the pins that hold the tape bucket to the pencil holder were bent. One was bent out and the other bent in so that I had to reset them both to get it to go together.

The J and L hooks I received do not fit tightly in the pegboard. There is some disagreement over the optimal diameter for the hooks. To J and L's credit, their advertising correctly states the diameter as 0.22 inches. Also to their credit, upon receiving my complaint, they promptly refunded both the cost of the hooks and the shipping. They are clearly an honorable company.

I received my items in great shape, although I have not used them yet but will soon. Contact with this company was very quick and issue has been resolved. I would definitely place any future orders with this company...A+

Loved how fast I received my order. I have not put it to use yet but I can tell you everything was very sturdy and better than the ones at the big stores. I went there before ordering from Madd Tools and thought better. I cannot wait to put them to use in my craft room. The assorted box has so many different hooks that I am sure I can share a few with my husband to put in his garage if I am feeling generous lol. Thank you!

I watched the You tube video from the Crafty organizer on the product. I was impressed with the quality of the baskets and pegs so i bought a small mix set. i was very pleased with the product and how sturdy the pieces hung on my peg board.

Ordered 4 days before Christmas and had my pegs on Christmas Eve! Still waiting for the email? "Peg board optimization " booklet! I'll order more in the future!
