Haven't had a chance to use all of them but am somewhat concerned when, so far, one "L" has the lower pin missing and one broke off when inserting. They seem robust, were well packaged, and shipped quickly. Didn't really compare pricing because it was so easy to go thru the site and pick out what I needed.

I am a crafter. My husband built me a small crafter desk for my Cricut machine and tools. It included a peg board, saw a crafter video of the tools used on her peg board, so I order. My husband is really impressed. Thank You, he ignored me when I was telling him all about the things..I do not know too much about tools.

Great communication from the company. Order filled and shipped in a timely manner. Very pleased with the tools. They work beautifully on my new pegboard. Very sturdy and stable on the pegboard.

Items appear to be top quality and they were packaged very securely which is important to me. I will contact Madd Tools again when I want to make a similar purchase.

Customer service is a lost cause in these days it seems like. So many times you hand over your money, only to get poor service. Well I gotta say that company (Madd Tools) lives up to that commitment. I had originally not given a favorable review but the quick response I got from that review and how Mr. Madden handled it was very professional and thoughtful. To be honest this is the first review that I have ever written. So without any doubts this fella and his company is a person that I feel comfortable buying from. To their defense this order was from Texas and the slower delivery response had been because of the recent ice storms they had gotten. Thank you Mr. Madden

Great products. Great service. Shipping was exactly as stated.

Overall satisfied with order. Pegboard accessories are great; however, scrabble letters need work. Post are separating from letter and letter falls off the board. Also, post placement on the letter is not consistent leaving inconsistent gaps between letters.

These pegboard pieces are strong and secure. They stay in place because they fit securely. I love the organization I have in my sewing room now. There's a place for everything and everything has its place!

Skimp on peg diameter said HD and just cheap Chinese junk like all the rest. Pegs should fit tightly into the holes but they skimp on metal to save $$ so it fits loosely. Would not recommend.

Good product overall. Liked the starter kits with baskets and the way pegs fit snug on wall.. only problem I had was one of them snapped at the weld, but only one so far, went thru about half the hooks so far.. hoping not, gonna hold out on buying more till I use all of these and see how much snap. Then I'll consider where to continue buying peg hooks and accessories from.

Update- Was in contact with James and he was a great help. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Felt he genuinely didn't want the customer to have any sort of bad experience with their product, even for something minor. 💯👍🏼

Product offering, communication and customer service is top notch. My follow up email to the company regarding my initial shipment was answered immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Even though I have lost faith in customer service with many companies Madd Tools has been a refreshing exception and I look forward to ordering again and recommending friends to them.
