Useless company got me to verify all my details just to not input them on a transaction so the transaction failed.
For an online transaction company this is poor effort.

Deposited £120 to spend right away on s £120 item but Luxon wouldn’t let me spend my balance. I withdrew it but they charged £8 (to withdraw £120). Can’t overstate how bad that service is.
2 years later it’s good that you’ve removed the fees but where’s my £8 🙂?
You get that I only had to withdraw the money because a glitch in your app wouldn’t let me make the £120 purchase? I don’t need £8 but on principle I can’t use you again.

Sorry for my poor English. Recently, I had to register with Luxon pay for work. I have registered and passed verification. But I couldn't manage to set up two-factor authentication in any way. In the mobile application, it was constantly reset, and it was proposed to go through the verification procedure again. On the web version of the site, two-factor authentication was set up without my participation, so I had to reset it twice through support. When we dropped it the second time, we created a query with the girl in support luxon.com where I even recorded a video of the Luxon Pay mobile app. My request was assigned the Ticket ID number: 88704. A few days later, I received an answer that outraged me extremely. Instead of fixing the error in the Luxon Pay application, I was sent back to install two-factor authentication on the web version of the site. Two-factor authentication via the mobile app is still not being installed. I checked it out. Are you ready to entrust your personal money to a company whose technical department cannot fix an error in a mobile application? I'm not. I asked the support service for the management's contacts in order to leave a complaint about the work of the technical department. I was given two addresses document-luxon.com and support-luxon.com . My request was blocked at the first address. The letter has not been sent. I left a request at the second address, but it's been almost a week now, and they haven't answered me. I really hope that at least public disclosure will help, and my complaint will reach the management. There is no desire to trust such a company.

When withdrawing money, they block it without explanation. The money is not returned and the account is "under consideration" for months. As I found out later, many people have similar situations and do not get their money back. But they do not block immediately, it happens to withdraw funds. Scam service, stealing money

Tried to withdraw to my card to dodge the fees an it failed after an hour as they are currently not accepting visa withdrawals so withdraw to my bank account after a 10 pound fee for the withdrawal I thought that was it but then another 8.50 got took so I lost nearly 20 pound for a 60 dollar withdrawal in fees and the withdrawal is still pending 😂 it’s a shame as the site is well run in terms of helpful support but those fees are ridiculous very good site to use for deposits on sites but in term of withdrawing to the site and getting your money of it needs work

Been trying to withdraw funds from Luxon for months - they don't release your money. Chat (which is very accessible from a laptop, not phone) keep giving different reasons (or no reason) for why funds aren't withdrawing - 6 months after several cancelled withdrawals via several types of withdrawals (there advice) they then ask for PDF statements. Feels like they do everything to keep hold of your funds.

Made a deposit via ltc, after 24h, didn’t receive any funds on my account. After waiting 7 days to receive answer from support they said “you missed the address of ltc wallet” but it’s a lie because I copied this address from their site and instantly inserted it and even id i accidentally missed I could missed for all address.

I can't open an account because their system refuses my perfectly valid and intact document, contacted the support they invent everything to justify their buggy system.
Not serious company.

They ask for various documents, even when you have provided them all, they don’t let you withdraw your tournament winnings! As they say they have withdrawal limits. Useless service and model.

As the other gentleman wrote, I tried to register with Luxon Pay. I uploaded personal information and was told I failed the review, without being told why. And now they have my personal information. I reminded them I am protected by GDPR in Europe. Either it's a scam or it's very poorly managed. I never heard " we fail but we won't tell you why". The only good coming out of this is that I found there are other options offering a similar service.
Update after Luxon's reply: it's very easy to state that you do background verifications and can deny anyone based on anything, and that you don't communicate why. This also allows low quality (like answering this review after more than a year) and does not provide any recourse. Good luck with everything.

Luxon pay might be a scam? I am a Canadian travelling in Thailand and was told by their chat support that I could open an account no problem. Upon signing up and providing my documents I failed verification. I've never failed verification before. I'm thinking the chat agent wasn't sure about their answer and I failed because I was in another country, not my country of residence. They will not tell me why I failed verification.
