Getting winnings back out when you deposit with a Visa card is too difficult.Post their reply: You told us that 18 months ago, so I beg to differ.

Do not use this platform, they charge 20$ for a 2k transfer to another bank, a pure scam.

Fees are a scandal. You get charged fees for depositing and then withdrawal. Avoid at all costs. Devastated that certain poker tours only allow you buy in this way. Luxon only confirms the fees on withdrawal, but not on deposits. Will avoid in future.

Made me dox my first crypto deposit. And then on the next deposit which came from the same account, they asked even more history. By that time I already had exchanged from USD to CAD and paid a few 100$ in fees.

I didn't agree to provide more information as it was beyond what any other crypto exchange ever asked.

They kept the fees, they sent my money (what was remaining) and locked my account.

These guys are bullies and crooks. This is a honeypot and or a scam.

I have been using Luxon now for about 6 months. I am really happy with this service, its super easy to transfer money in and out to my contacts and easy to deposit. I find the app is user friendly. I have only had to speak to customer service once but they were really helpful and quickly able to resolve my query, they have a 24/7 service which was great as I was online late in the evening.

I have been using LuxonPay for quite some time now. I used it to send and receive money between friends. Wires are very fast and free of charge. You can also send the money to any bank account for a small fee but you receive the money within 48 hours. I also used it a couple of times to register to a poker tournament and it's very easy and straightforward.

You guys are doing a great job! The app is improving all the time, new features and products are being added to make Luxon Pay the one stop payment app! I’ve completely moved away from a competitor as Luxon Pay doesn’t charge you a monthly fee like others!

I personally use my account to send money to others users (it’s free!) and spend on my Luxon Pay Mastercard especially while travelling.

I’ve never really had any issues but the customer support team are on hand 24/7 if you need any help or guidance which is great service for a payment app!

I have been using the Luxon app for over 12 months now but wanted to write a review after the release of their new app that came out last week. It's so easy to transfer money in and out and to your contacts and the addition of a Mastercard a few months ago now makes spending easy. I can see some old negative reviews about customer service but I have always found the support team to be extremely responsive and helpful. If you use Luxon regularly you can achieve a higher VIP level and pay minimal fees (most stuff is free anyway).

Luxon team is one of the best. The withdraws and deposits are really fast. They are available 24/7 in case you need their help. I am using luxon services for more than 2 years and I am really happy and never had issues. Recently I order their luxon card, so you can use it without paying the fees. Really happy with the service. I would recommend luxon to all serious poker players.

Happy to accept your money… make you jump through every hoop to withdraw any. Asked me for pDF bank statements for over 1 year ago in order to proceed withdrawal. Been through that and now told 5 days for withdrawal plus £8.50 withdrawal fee! Avoid if you can.
