Just wanted to say a big thank you to Kiran in service for his help yesterday

We purchased a Swift Carrera 194 from Lowdhams after looking at lots of different options, and we love it. Lowdhams have an extensive showroom, with a wide range of vehicles. Barry was very helpful and gave us lots of advice and guidance to help us make the right choice. Communication was very good and whole order process very efficient. When we collected our vehicle Shirley spent a long time with us explaining all of the features.

Great sales service but the repairs and body shop service is dreadful. Please think before you buy! The service team do not answer calls or return them. Our caravan has been in for a 3 week repair for water ingress ( after waiting 5 months for a slot ) and returned to us this week still with mould inside. We were promised a call from the body shop manager to explain what repairs they have done - No call received which is typical. A formal complaint made and whilst acknowledged no action taken to follow it up. This is unacceptable service from a dealership.

Selling you a caravan/motorhome no problem but when you do get problems don't bother with there service centre.
Had a problem at the beginning of year only had my purchase 7 months & it's taking ages to sort out going through insurance what thay provid on purchase.
That insurance is now telling me thay can't no response from lowdhams. I've tried ringing them over the past week with no joy but I do get through to a person on reception desk & she can only put me through to a phoneline that no body answers . This service is diabolical take your money & don't want to know be warned every body. Take me back a year & I wouldn't of brought from here .

Agent went out of his way to get us the best deal and didn’t pressure us in any way

Fantastic customer service by the Service Centre team at Lowdhams! We had a list of minor issues that needed sorting; from the get-go Gemma's communications were helpful, Kiran's booking-in was thorough and Jake's overseeing of the job list and handover (with good attention to detail) was a pleasant surprise compared to the usual off-hand treatment you get elsewhere. A wholly satisfying experience. Keep up the good work Lowdhams!!

I would have given no stars if possible. I have been trying to contact their service department all day and just hung up after the latest 60 minutes wait. My time is more valuable. I will go elsewhere. This is NOT customer service.

A great friendly service with help and advice when required

Kevin Holmes gave us great advice during the whole process and keeping us up to date as to how the build was getting on. Handover day was exceptional taking us through the whole motorhome and we have been assured with a follow up call from Kevin that the staff are always available if we have a problem

Just picked up our third vehicle from Lowdhams. The salesman, Stuart Turnbull, made the whole process very smooth and stress free especially as I asked a number of detailed questions about the vehicle. Now it is down to their service department to continue the current level of of be satisfaction!

We had a great experience with Lowdhams, initially Gordon who sold us the motorhome was on holiday when we were due to collect but he had arranged for Chris to help us, we were very pleased with his professionalism and then Paul shown us how to use everything on the motorhome . It ran really smoothly and we were able to stop overnight on there rally field to test everything out. Next morning Chris popped into the cafe to check we were OK with everything. If we ever need another motorhome we will definitely be back to Lowdhams

We are absolutely delighted with our new caravan and the exceptional service we received from Lowdhams.A special mention to Bryan Johnston who made the entire buying process stress free, he answered all our questions and went that extra mile to put us at our ease.
The handover was very informative nothing was too much trouble for Bryan. We took our new caravan home feeling very satisfied we had got a good deal.
We highly recommend Lowdhams and will definitely be back

I collected my caravan from the service department on Tuesday and wanted to share the amazing help I received. Firstly the service team, couldn’t do enough for me and then the lovely Kev and Stu who always hitch my van on for me to make sure I’m safe. I then nipped up to the accessory department where I was greeted by the staff and had all my goods carried back to my car by 2 lovely men (Dean).

Prior to my recent review on lowdhams and not getting the caravan discount on my trade in.
Lowdhams have revised their offer on my trade in to the correct price and giving me the discount on top,so now I'm am getting the deal I hoped for and I have purchased my new caravan today.

A modern, extremely well presented premises. Carrying an immense amount of stock whether you are looking for camper vans, Motorhomes or caravans there is something for everyone.
The reception staff are friendly and helpful as are the sales staff. I was made to feel most welcome. There was no rush or hard sale.
I did purchase a camper van. Two weeks later when I went to collect my new vehicle, the reception was the same, no hurry, no time limit for the hand over and an option to camp out on there site to get use to your new pride and joy. (Which I took advantage of)
One area I found difficult is they required the monies in full cleared funds 48hours prior to collection. Which I can fully understand. However, when you send the funds across there is no acknowledgment of receipt unless I rang them. You are not able to speak with accounts, you only have access to reception staff, who certainly do there best. I just feel in this day and age sending an electronic receipt would not be that difficult and would, in my case, have saved a lot of stress and anxiety.
I’ve not reduced my overall rating as I would definitely use this company again.
On the second floor of the building is the shop for all your camping needs. The guys there also extremely helpful.
Generally a great all round purchasing experience. One of the best I have had purchasing a new vehicle. We’ll recommended

They (Sandra especially ) really helped with our caravan choice too.

on the first floor

Bought a new motorhome. It initially needed a boiler replacement before leaving Lowdams site. Then found that batteries are running flat in 2-3 days when not on charge. Been unable to get any assistance from service team despite multiple attempts to contact them. In short the van is not fit for purpose

We just bought a caravan from Lowdham’s and the service is first class, we dealt with Kirby- great man and helped us immensely as this is our first caravan.
If you are thinking of buying a caravan this is the only place to go
