The caravan was good ,the salesman very…
The caravan was good ,the salesman very good and helped us threw the process.. The garage team did a good service and habitation check.
The van was ment to be professionally cleaned inside and out but obviously it had only had a quick wash .
Handover was ok but very rushed
and didnt explaine how to connect the tow bar electrics to the caravan .

Customer service was second to none.
Matt is such a nice chap, he dealt with my disabled husband perfectly, with humour and dignity. Thank you Matt.
Caravan was prepared to a high standard on the day and at the time arranged, it was handed over by Talha in a professional and informative manner.

We had a very positive experience…
We had a very positive experience throughout. A great range of motorhomes and a balanced sales service, giving enough info, honesty and support, and for us much needed headspace and time to review/ ponder.
The retail section is really good for bits and pieces and we literally went straight off on our first night when we picked up the motorhome.
Handover from Paul was brilliant leaving us confident to go and was good fun to boot, thank you.
Fully intend to use for annual checks and would be our first call if look to exchange on the future.

Motorhome purchase
We bought our first motorhome and the sales team were great to deal with. They answered all of our questions (of which there were many!). On the day of collection it all went smoothly and the handover was thorough, explaining all the functions and features of the van in detail.

Bad customer service
Having purchased a number of new caravans with them at Nottingham had them service also I ask them to get me 4skirt rail end caps for my swift caravan they basiclly said it wasn’t cost effective for them to order from swift so I’m done with them perthetic .if I’d have said can I bring it in for them to do the work I bet the story would have been different .I rung lowdam caravans 1hr later no issues on order

Went to pickup our New motorhome the handover was comprehensive right down to torqueing every wheel ,Lee and his team couldn't have been more helpful even helped with moving over our stuff and sorting out any worries my wife had,Fist class experience would recommend them we will use them again Thanks
