It was an amazing experience eating Exotic Cassava chips. They were fresh and very tasty. After buying the first bag, I went back and bought 6 more bags as gifts for my clients.

I greatly appreciate the help and support of Mr. Jason who is an employee of London Drugs located at 3995 Quadra Street, Victoria, BC.

Jason was extremely helpful in improving the resolution and brightness of the photo I took at the store where he was working on the evening of Wednesday, July 8, 2024.

The photo will now upload to the IRCC portal without any issues...

Staff like this lend themselves to providing exceptional customer service.

London Drugs Pharmacy (Andrea B.)

I decided to try London Drugs Pharmacy due to terrible service from another pharmacy. Andrea B., the pharmacist that helped me, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. My family will definitely be going there with any future prescriptions! Thanks Andrea!

Always very happy!

I have always been fond of London Drugs. I even was employed by them in the Computer dept many years ago. The people working there. Have a look at their badges. Lots of long term employees. Impressive.

I am now a regular at the pharmacy for my monthly prescriptions. I am extremely happy with the service I receive every time.

I’m usually dealing with store 11 on No 3 Rd in Richmond. Absolutely no complaints

I would use a zero if there was one

I would use a zero if there was one. The pharmacy at Market Crossing lost my prescription but unfortunately the specialist had left for vacation. My primary care physician faxed a replacement prescription but couldn't confirm the original dose. When the specialist returned 2 weeks later the prescription was re-faxed which London Drugs lost again. A third fax finally resulted in the proper prescription being filled. When I arrived to pick up the medication the pharmacist told me that I already had a prescription at a lower dose. I explained what had happened and she said "Whatever". So, I am transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. That will be 7 prescriptions London Drugs won't be able to lose again.

Disaster always waiting to happen!…

London Drugs was my go to store for appliances. Lately though it has become a dismal failure when buying anything this store. We purchased a Eureka vacuum which with London D Extra provided a coupon for $20 off, The Retail person and myself spent 2 hours making sure this coupon "in store purchase" with purchase would be applied. We left the store but not before making sure all info. for LD extras was correct. For some reason we had to wait for coupon to be sent via email. A Bobby Vansteen called us no less than five times going over information from West End Store Edmonton and assured us the coupon would be sent. Instead we received a barrage of emails asking over and over for all information supplied at time of sale. We resent all at least five times and they just would not send coupon. A Cami called and requested we call her? It was exceptionally strange as she just could not articulate what she needed. Three more calls later and no resolution? It is a $20.00 coupon time of purchase and still just refused to send? This should have been done in store but Bobby Vansteen with all of correct information refused to help us. Consequently we returned vacuum. This is not what we expected from London Drugs but it has become the norm as the store continually cannot stand by their coupons applied at time of sale. There seems to be a disconnect between store and their LD extras which they will not honor with their customers. Buyer Beware as this is a very wrong thing to do when there are coupons and LD Extras coupons they brag about but never give. Not right and a negative experience for customer.

Opposite of a pharmacy, shop elsewhere.

The pharmacy will not fill full prescription!!! Only will provide me with 30 days at a time.
I do not live in a city and work remotely.
I have to drive hours to fill my prescription, I asked repeatedly for enough to not have a medical emergency if I was not mobile.

Got the GET OUT look when I told them they are risking my life.
Then gave me medical advise contrary to my doctor!!

Perhaps bankruptcy will get you past your playing god complex.

Anyone else would be shamed to gamble with another persons life. Not london drugs. They rather enjoyed it, and it showed.

I will take my business and health care needs to health care professionals.

By looking at the other reviews, customer service and satisfaction isn't even a consideration.

No customers, no business.

Wont see me and a lot of others that have been regarded as trash.

I have never seen a business that has no respect for public trust.

A week to find out they aren't transferring the item I ordered from another store. Apparently they won't do that in person, only on line. But will not tell you that until you get very upset and go in person yet agin.

Took money, no product sent

I placed an order for the Fujifilm X100VI Camera with the order number xxxxxx90 on February 22, 2024. The funds have been withdrawn and cleared from my credit card. The website stated that the order would be shipped on February 28, 2024. I've been contacting London Drugs since February 26, 2024, to find out the status of the order over the phone and through email. The customer service agents, J*****t and C*******e, assured me the item would be shipped on the 28th. It's the 29th, and no shipment. I called in and demanded to talk to a supervisor. I was not transferred to the supervisor. The agent, with an East Indian accent, insisted on letting her handle the situation. She advised me that the order would be available on March 15, 2024, and if I wanted to cancel, I had to wait for her to request another department for cancellation. London Drugs took my money and had no items on hand to fulfill the order.
When writing this complaint, London Drugs is falsely advertising they will ship the order on March 1, 2024, for the black camera and March 2, 2024, for the silver camera (see the attached screenshots).
My point is that London Drugs publicly falsely advertised and promised that the order would be fulfilled, but it was not. This is an action of a scam. The customer service agents were reckless and did not care about the customers. They said they only had access to the inventory system once I pressured them to talk to a supervisor, and they gave me the real estimated shipping date. A lot of people were not happy, and they have been talking on the forums online about London Drugs. If you keep doing business like this, you will drive customers away.
By the way, I am not the only customer who got so mad about the London Drugs online order and was lied to by customer service agents.

I bought two 1000 piece photo puzzles…

I bought two 1000 piece photo puzzles for my son and his wife. The puzzle are all the same cut , so any piece will fit anywhere. Totally impossible to put together. I am seasoned puzzle person and can't believe they can sell something like this. They weren't cheap, $67.00 a puzzle.Even the cheapest puzzle the right part only fits in the right spot. Going there tomorrow , but not hoping to get to far. Could have ordered on from China and probably been good.

1000 piece puzzle custom

I recently bought a pair of 1000-piece puzzles, but only one was delivered initially. The customer service was prompt in replacing it with a 500-piece puzzle, which I appreciated. However, the cut on the pieces was subpar, making it an impossible puzzle with all ends uniformly white.

Moving on to the 1000-piece puzzles, the overall quality disappoints me. Although not as bad as the 500-piece puzzle, there are issues with pieces fitting together, hindering the creation of the frame for the first puzzle. It's disheartening for a $40 puzzle that doesn't even come in a box. In the future, I might consider sourcing puzzles from China for better quality.

I like shopping at London Dugs located…southgate mall

I like shopping at London Dugs located in the Southgate Mall. On January 22nd, I received an excellent service from one of their staff (employee #76792 ). He was knowledgeable of the product I bought, spoke to me with respect and briefly explained the about the item I bought...Panasonic Land telephone set. I have been a regular customer of London drugs since 2005 in this city. All staff are very good, courteous, kind, knowledgeable hardworking and walking extra miles daily. I think the management must be very supportive of their staff. Wishing them the best.
