Scam alert... this company ripped me off, lied to me and wouldn't follow through on their promise.

First, they didn't honor a free Oz promotion after I qualified by spending min $150. When I raised a stink about it, Jennifer said she would add it to my next order.

So 1 month later i made another order. I emailed them to confirm details of my new order and confirm they will send my free oz from previous promo. They confirmed and a couple days later i processed the order.

Then Jennifer emailed stating the gift promotions have changed and she couldn't send the free Oz anymore. The new options were a pack of rollies or similar value item. She refused to honor her promise she just made 1 month prior and made me think I was getting the free oz before i placed the new order.

So because of her deceit, i canceled my order. She confirmed she would send a refund the next day.

Then the next day she said the warehouse had a fire and she would send it the next day.

It's been a week now and Jennifer still has not sent the refund etransfer and is now not replying to my messages. So now they owe me the free promo oz plus $128 from my latest order.

No integrity and shady practices going on here. Don't buy from here.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, and the products are top quality. I haven't stopped ordering from them since I found them and highly recommend their promos- They change every few days, sometimes theres a flat percentage off and other times its basically bogo. You don't need to spend an abhorrent amount for a great quality every time.
