Kept me updated when parcel was despatched and gave me all the info and tracking number for the parcel.
The website is easy to navigate and find what I wanted, the ordering and paying process was simple and seamless and I was kept fully informed during the delivery, which was speedy. If I have a query about an order or need more information or advice the staff are knowledgeable and very pleasant.
Ordered products that were available but they weren’t actually in stock. Kept been told it would be another months before they heard from their supplier. Waited months and nothing changed.

I ordered a lock that I no longer needed, so I returned it, unused and in perfect condition. The company refused to issue a refund because I had stuck the return label directly onto the box, supposedly making it “unsaleable.” For the record, this wasn’t branded packaging - just a plain white box with no logos, images, or instructions.
It’s hard to believe a company like this one doesn’t have access to spare packaging for something as basic as a lock. This feels less like a genuine policy issue and more like an excuse to withhold refunds. In my view, it’s poor customer service and a bad-faith approach to doing business.
