Locks4Less are exceptional, always immediately responsive in an emergency, extremely professional, able to resolve the hardest security and lock issues. Would never use anyone else and have recommended Arthur to many, including my own mum, outstanding workmanship every time.

Locks4less are one of those rare companies these days that actually care about their customers and their reputation. I needed a new lock so I googled locksmiths in my area. I read a few of the companies details but Locks4less stood out. It just felt like a genuine company. The locksmiths industry has unfortunately been taken over by chancers and con men. Arthur at Locks4less is an exception. Arthur gave me a price from viewing a photo and that was the price I paid. There were no “added extras.” No, “I don’t have that part. I’ll have to go and get it.” No”call out fees.” Just a genuine, honest business.
I will recommend Locks4less to anyone.

I bought a Yale Hold Open Push Button Lock for the front door of our house in Chelmsford. Requested Arthur to fit it, sharing information and photos. Arthur identified that there was a technical problem in fitting it, latch had to be 50mm max. He also solved this problem by getting one from his supplier for a fairly small amount. (Otherwise I would have had to buy another lock)

He came with all the equipment, was methodical and well organised when working, and took pains to keep our house clean.

Using precise measurements and skillful drilling, he achieved a neat and clean finish. The lock looks as if it was always a part of the door.

Earlier, I have had the same lock fitted in Wales on 6 doors by joiners but their fitting wasn't this precise and once I had to hire a locksmith there to fix the issues left. This kind of lock fitting really is a job for a trained locksmith.

Lock is working perfectly fine and looking good. Sadly, there are few professional tradesmen like Arthur. Might as well value the ones we have. Happy to recommended.

Had to call out Locks4less Locksmiths today as my daughters front door lock jammed. He was on another job at the time but didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He kept me informed when he was leaving his previous job. He sorted the lock and didn't even charge as not much wrong with it. Very courteous. I would definitely use him again.

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. Unfortunately my key was compromised so I contacted Locks4 Less by phone. Very quick response. He was able to come and change my locks same day within the hour I was available. The price quoted by phone was exactly that though I upgraded my lock. Honest, efficient work with great communication. 100% recommend!

Arthur was quick to reply and offered a fantastic service to replace the locks in our back and front doors at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

Contacted Locks4less after checking several companies reviews. So many positive reviews for Arthur and I can see why. Left an email this morning detailing our issue. Received a text within minutes and arranged a visit for mid morning today. Arthur provided updates for arrival time. Checked our issue and quoted for the necessary repair. Extremely reasonable, repaired the damaged component and did not try to upsell for a complete mechanism. Would not hesitate to recommend, have passed the details on to our friends and family .

Locks4less were brilliant. They came out at the time agreed and gave me updates by text. Once they looked at the problem, they were able to assess it quickly and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Price was as quoted and very reasonable. Delighted with the service and would highly recommend.
