I got the details from our community Facebook group where this business was highly recommended. I contacted Joe to get my front door locked changed as I needed one that locked automatically rather than using a key. Called Joe and he attended the same day and was able to advise and quote me. He returned the following day to complete the job. I was so impressed with his work I asked him to take a look at my French windows and back door. I explained I had ordered a Patlock for the French windows which I was expecting the following day. Joe offered to return and fit this for me at no extra charge. Excellent service all round.

We had a problem with a broken ,double glazed window that wouldnt open because of a broken mechanism, Joe from Rhino locksmith ,got the window open and fitted a new mechanism,and was very happy with the quick service we recommend him 100%

This guy has just saved my life! I'm abroad, its Saturday night. Autistic son locked out, disabled 3 legged Ukrainian cat locked inside without food... I found a sofa for my son for the night. Sunday morning Joe answered my call, the only person to bother answering the phone... went to the place immediately and drilled a brand new lock from a £3000 brand new door. Charge. £80 INCLUDING lock and 3 keys. Never met the lad and totally love him! Didn't take advantage of my awful situation. Smashing bloke!

We first met Joe when my Daughter broke a key in her lock , he was there exactly on time, efficient and professional and excellent value for money. We had to call him again this week, without hesitation, when we got broken into, he advised us, without any attempt to sell more expensive locks then made everything safe and secure. Rhino Locksmiths were recommended to me and I would recommend them 100%. The whole process from contacting them to arrange for them to come out and to the visit and subsequent fitting was excellent and ran very smoothly. Communication was excellent. They gave details of options available but did not push. Excellent value for money and excellent fitting by Joe. They will definitely be our first port of call in the future.

Joe rectified an issue with my front door lock that had been present for years which no one was able to correctly diagnose. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout advising on what could be the issue and the costs for the various options he suggested. His workmanship is top notch and he is definitely someone you could trust. Parts and labour were very reasonably priced too, Joe definitely had my best interests of my pockets at heart . This was the first time I have ever had to use the services of a locksmith and it certainly won't be the last if we require his services again - he is my family's locksmith of choice. Thank you Joe.
