I was attracted because I thought it was a brilliant concept and was hopeful it would be better than other services I’ve tried. I’m so happy I did! Service and communication is amazing, orders are always correct, products are of the highest quality. Best of all, prices are comparable to supermarkets so you don’t have to choose between sustainability and your finances.

I also love that they continually strive to improve. The most recent website upgrade included accessibility features, which so many businesses overlook.

We have a subscription service for almond milk, croissants and honey. They are amazing, and always on time. Such a convienient option and they have great customer service.

Really good customer service and quick to respond

I have been using loaf.ly service for quiet a long now. It has been hands down great till date. All deliveries on time.... if any thing the customer is well informed of time. Would recommmend all ..

We suspended our existing milk delivery service to try Loaf.ly out and support a local small business – it worked out at a similar cost and the milk is noticeably nicer / better quality (even compared to organic from the other supplier). I thought milk was milk!

We get milk, bread and eggs every week and are happy with all of them. They deliver in a cool bag and the bread comes in a cotton bread bag so it’s all kept fresh.

As with any small business sometimes there have been hiccups (you can’t foresee having a break-in!) but they’ve communicated it well and the worst that happened was our delivery being a bit late.

Ben, is so friendly and helpful (even when I message late in the evening.) Ben answers all questions and more often than not it’s Like talking to an old friend. The service is fantastic, products are of a high quality and there’s a good range. All delivered fresh in beautiful packaging. Extra points for the delivery notifications.
