We visited Minerva Vineyard as part of my hen do to do wine and food/music pairing. It was the most fantastic experience with delicious wine and would recommend to anyone to visit. Eddie was so passionate and made us all feel so special and comfortable! I’ve been to a lot of vineyards and the experience was most definitely one of the best :)

Couldn't recommend this more as a wonderful afternoon set among the beautiful English countryside: it was the most fantastic day, hosted by the knowledgeable Eddie. We were lucky enough to be there on a beautiful summer's day: wine tasting overlooking the gorgeous vineyards was such a memorable birthday experience. We particularly loved the drive on the buggy through the vineyards, and the female focus of the business (co-owned by Eddie's wife, a local farmer!). The sparkling wine was a particular favourite which we took home to enjoy in future.

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but our trip to Corston Vineyard absolutely deserves one. My group and I visited as part of a hen party celebration and we were completely blown away. We were greeted by our lovely host Eddie, who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and this really shone through throughout the day.

The visit was a little different from other vineyard tours I have been too (all in good ways) but I was a little sceptical when I heard the wine/food was paired with music... how wrong I was!

What an amazing and emotional experience. It brought me to tears (happy ones) and left me feeling like this is what life is all about.

Eddie - you have created something truly special in the most beautiful place. Pure magic!

A group of us booked the wine tasting as part of a hen weekend and weren’t really sure what to expect, but our expectations were completely blown out of the water. What Eddie and his family have created here is incredible. We couldn’t quite believe the beautiful setting - sitting looking onto the vines sampling the wine with paired small plates + music. The afternoon was truly special. Eddie was such an amazing host and I really hope they can fulfill all their plans for Minerva. I’ll definitely be back!

We had the most fabulous day at Minerva for my sister’s hen do - everything was perfect, from Eddie’s hosting & introduction to the vineyard, to the wine & music pairing, to the delicious food & beautiful setting. Highly recommend & will definitely be back! Thank you so much

The most amazing experience! Minerva wine is set in the most stunning setting, the wine was divine, the food cooked for us by Maddie was delicious and to top it all off the owner, Eddie was wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a group event.

Eddie was such a wonderful host, talking us through the life, care and harvest of the vines. A real labour of love. The wine pairing, atmosphere and experience was wonderful with an utterly stunning backdrop of their beautiful farm- we also lucked out with a sunny, warm day. Maddie’s food was delicious and bountiful. Wine enthusiast or not- I highly recommend the experience.

Recently visited for the day as part of a hen weekend, Eddie was so welcoming and kept the afternoon engaging and fun. The most beautiful setting and all of us felt so relaxed amongst the vines and those stunning views!

I visited Minerva Vineyard for a Hen Party in July and we had a fabulous time enjoying the wine, food and music parings on the vineyard. Eddie was very friendly and educational about the wines in a very accessible way. I would definitely visit again!

As someone with very little knowledge about wine, I felt included throughout the day and never once made to feel excluded for asking simple questions.

I absolutely loved my visit for a wine tasting at Minerva. The whole day felt relaxed and fun, with no pretentiousness alongside it. I've always been wary of wine tasting as I'm not someone who knows much about the process of making alcoholic drinks, and worry that wine tasting could be an event I'd feel excluded from. However, Eddie made myself and the group I was with feel included and have a world of fun as we sat enjoying the view with three great wines on offer to taste.

The food parings were exceptional. But I was most taken by the music parings to the drinks! Who knew that different moments in sound could affect how you taste something.

We recently did the Community Day - Wire Lift and Tucking. A chance to do a rather different vineyard experience.
We paid a small amount to work('ish) in the vineyard for the day('ish) with most of the money paid going to a local charity that Minerva support. After coffee and pastries Eddie did a great introduction, worked through a number of "how to do it" examples and then set us off. During the stop points he gave us more history on the area and the business, and answered loads of questions. A great buffet lunch was provided by the team, and at the end of the day he even cracked open a few bottles for a short tasting session. It was a win win for everyone involved. A small business gets free labour, a charity benefits and the community workers enjoy a free lunch and a glass or two of excellent sparkling wine. Brilliant. You can see and hear Eddie’s passion on wine and everything in the vineyard in every word, and every story he tells. An excellent day for everyone involved with a very engaging host.

I joined Eddie along with a great group of people for a Wire Lift and Tucking Community Day.
We started the day with coffee and pastries, and then Eddie explained what Wire Lifting and Tucking is all about and showed us what to do. We paired up and set off to work, it was quite therapeutic tucking the vines in and really nice to connect with other local and not so local people whilst working.
We were surprised how quickly we progressed and it was quite satisfying finishing a row and looking back at our work.
Before we knew it lunch was ready, a fine spread laid out under cover in the corner of the vineyard where we sat and chatted and rested awhile.
Back to work after lunch, chatting to different people along the way. By 4pm I was starting to tire, but the promise of a taste of Minerva Wine kept me going for the last hour!
We headed back to base for the wine tasting (very nice!) and talk from Eddie on the vineyard and the different wines produced.
An enjoyable day, Eddie was a great host and has a lovely manner, and being out in the fresh air with others was a fantastic way to spend a day.

This wine experience truly blew my husband and I away. Eddie was an incredible host. The tasting was held in the vineyard under a protective space, special and unique in its own right, paired with food and music to delight your senses. We have visited our fair share of sparkling wine and champagne tastings and this experience lands as one of our absolute favorites (both in flavor of wine and tasting experience). I have nothing but exceptional feedback to share about our first experience at Minerva Vineyard.

A fantastic tour and wine tasting with Eddie. Eddie is a very hospitable host who gladly shared his knowledge about the practical work with the vines, the history, the surrounding areas, future visions, and the wines themselves. The place where we were served wine with accompanying food and music is beautifully situated with a view over the vineyards. The wines we were served were very good, with Minerva sparkling wine being the highlight. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful! The setting, the wine and all that goes with it. Eddie is such a fantastic host and the story of this vineyard is so unique, captivating and uplifting. I could not recommend this highly enough. If you are in Bath and you love wine this is for you but it’s more than that. To be part of something so uniquely inspiring even for just a few hours changes you. Thank you Eddie we will be back on one of your community days. This was a surprise birthday gift for my daughter and a group of her friends who also knew little other than this is the postcode and the Tour starts at 11:00. So plenty of communication with our host Eddie beforehand. No question too small.

It was cloudy, windy and cold as it happened but the welcome was warm, additional blankets were produced, and it was just great. Clear informative presentation of wines to taste paired with very tasty morsels and carefully selected music that brought everything together. Beautiful set up in the vineyard with hares running around grounding the experience to nature.

A great time was had by all and the day will be logged as a special memory.

Absolutely loved this experience and will recommend it to family and friends. It was educational, edifying and spiritual.

Eddie is a fantastic host, such a relaxing, perfectly paced time where conversation and vino flowed in equal measure. The pairings of wine, food and music was really great.

Exciting times ahead for Minerva which is both, in name and story, disruptors challenging norms and pushing boundaries. We are happy to have been part of it in its relative infancy, and will watch with keenness as it grows. We will be back!

The vineyard tour was recently established, and luckily, on the day my friends and I booked the tour (June 6), we were the only ones there.

Based from the tour Eddie gave us, this vineyard is a passion project, in which the story is refreshing to hear.

The wine tasting and pairing was really good. The gazebo was set up in the middle of one of the fields, which added to the ambience/vibes.

I hope the future plans for the farm and vineyard will go ahead with minimal issues. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We were a group of 8 girls and did the Minerva tour and tasting recently. The location is beautiful and you can get a brilliant view of the vineyard from the dining table. We had a go at leaf stripping whilst learning about the history of winemaking in the local area and some of the techniques used. Eddie was a very knowledgeable, accommodating and generous host. We felt looked after the whole time. The wines were special and the nibbles that accompanied the tasting were paired thoughtfully. I loved the accompanying playlist too! I would definitely recommend this to any groups looking for an outing in Bath and will be coming back in the near future.
