Banking App Download and set up .
Wanted to invest some money in an ISA with Lloyds . Downloaded the app . No problem. Was waiting for a cheque from another bank to be sent to me . A few days later, password would not work . Didn’t recognise my name . Tried several times. Deletedapp and re-loaded app. Several times . Error after error .” Please contact customer service” . Pressed the number on screen , sorry can’t connect you to CS . Oh dear , Lloyds, you’ve lost a customer. I’ve gone elsewhere.

I am not computer literate so to expect everyone to be able follow the weird instructions is very poor. You need to go back to the old way where people can come into branch and sort out mortgages etc

I visited Cirencester Lloyd’s bank yesterday 15.7.26 I was greeted by an enthusiastic team member later I found out her name was Sophie. My visit hit a busy time 10ish Sophie booked me in as my banking request needed more than what the desk cashier could do. She asked me to take a seat and switched the air conditioner on .
I had to leave before being seen as I had a prior arrangement which I didn’t want to be late for . Imagine my surprise on my return to the bank Sophie recognised me signing me in again . I was seen quickly by Tanya who completed my request with confidence .
Thank you great job done in challenging circumstances .

I am rating 5 because of my experience with a staff, Asia in Edgware Branch. I was there to close account but ended up with more accounts. She was unlike others and I appreciate her

Horrendous customer support. A few years back the bank implemented this ridiculous chat customer support. The agents are clueless and this teams' existence is completely pointless. They do NOT read the messages, provide a random rubbish short answer and then close the chat. It's a CHAT. You're not meant to drop half way through the conversation. AFTER EVERY SINGLE COMMENT the customer is passed back to the bot, which is just as useless, to then land on another agent who can't be bothered to read the thread! It's ridiculous. Whoever invented this service deserves the sack!!! On the spot! In fact, its not the service - having Live Chat is actually a great idea! It's the process some clever clogs implemented. This is clearly chasing stats! Close the chat at all costs to hit KPIs, never mind the customer didn't even get a chance to finish their sentence, let alone fixing their problem to their satisfaction!! Pull your socks up, Lloyds!

I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon at Oxford Carfax branch yesterday. She was so patient and explained all the options I had, one by one, she was most helpful! I made sure to get her name so next time I need anything, I will contact her for sure.

Another pathetic move by these clowns by cutting the club lloyds monthly saver to a maximum of £250 a month. So the interest goes up to 8%, big deal when the most you can put in during the year gives a pre tax return lower than 6.25 on the higher limit. Lloyds is already run by morons but now they think customers are just as stupid.

What an absolute useless bank, useless customer service and a not very bright person who sends me exactly the same reply and previously, unbelievable and obviously inept.
I’ve absolutely no interest in your link, why would I ? I’ll take you to caught and I’ll enjoy giving you all the bad publicity that you deserve, still no proper reply to me since the several I’ve sent to you since my formal complaint. It get towards a month now since you allowed unsecure access to my account, you’ve never explained the reasons for you breaches, the abusive customer services call and now explaining the ineptitude of the people replying on TrustPilot, but as I’ve said before, I’ll report it to the regulator, I’ll take you court and very happy to do so. NEXT !!!

As a long standing customer of Lloyds, I would like to record my appreciation of the help I received from Zuzana during a very complicated transaction. She was extremely helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for your support.

I am giving Lloyds 1 star because since they acquired Curve, they have shutdown my 'free for life' Curve account. They refuse to reinstate it so I am taking Curve (and therefore Lloyds) to the Financial Ombudsman.
Lloyds, I have a couple of accounts with you that I will be closing should the Ombudsman not rule my way. If you are aware of what Curve are doing (closing old Black accounts, refusing to re-instate), then shame-on-you. If not, you should step in. Reach out to me for details of my case with them.
Meantime, I hold you responsible since you acquired Curve and I'm sure they are under your instructions.
Not happy.
