Easy access, on time, always available. Very helpful. We can have access to a Doctor no matter where we are. That is very reassuring

I went online to make an appointment for an insect bite which had made my arm swell and go red and very hot and painful. I had attached a photo as requested. An appointment with a doctor was made for me an hour and a half later. Dr very pleasant and it was obvious that she had read my notes and seen the photo before the call. Prescription was sent immediately to chosen pharmacy. Excellent service. Much appreciated.

Was left waiting for an hour over the appointment time. Sat there waiting, only for them to cancel the appointment an hour after the appointment. Waste of time. Im going to now have to seek other means to see a GP. If you pay for the service, be prepared to be disappointed. I wouldn't use livi. Go else where.

There is such a long wait, usually up to two months for appointments at our Health Centre, being able to speak to a Doctor for help and advice and medication when you need it, restores faith in our overstretched Health system.

Doctor was thorough. She listened to my concerns & worries. Referred appropriately to 1: with a doctor.

The GP was very helpful. Listened to my issues and was very understanding. Also scheduled a follow up call in a week or so to check on me. I wouldn’t get that from my normal GP.

Livi is always my go-to when I know that I don’t need a face to face appointment. Brilliant service…the system allows you to book an appointment at a time convenient to you & the app is so easy to use. The doctor called within the 15 minute time slot & was helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I was then able to pick up my prescription & meds later that day. Easy, quick & convenient. Thank you

Very easy to book an appointment at a time that suited me. Good consultation with a GP that had full access to my notes, problem addressed, and prescription ordered.
And it took pressure off my home GP's triaging appointment system...

I used Livi while on holiday when there was no walk‑in centre nearby, and it was a lifesaver. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and I was seen much sooner than I expected. The GP was friendly, attentive, and really helpful — I felt properly listened to and supported. Such a convenient and reassuring service when you’re away from home.
