It’s to heavy for my hair. Once applied I could not even brush my hair. I only applied a small amount. ☹️

Ordered expensive makeup that (through no fault of their own) was unusable. I was surprised and annoyed, obviously. When I emailed them explaining this, and saying I'd like a replacement, they asked me to send pictures to prove my complaint (the brand that makes the product said they had never heard of this problem before) and only then asked me to return the product, sending me a label.
I returned it promptly. Because of Royal Mail tracking I can see they received my return 5 days ago but I have not heard from them at all in that period. I've sent their customer care email two messages asking about this. It's now been 19 days since I ordered the product originally. It's an essential product for my daily life. I consider this lack of communication REALLY poor service and am really hoping to hear from them soon seeing as they are taking no action currently to sort this out.

The essential oil I ordered arrived very quickly with an inspiring little message inside which made me smile. It was well wrapped in brown paper inside a box so didn’t need the addition of those puffy foam beans which aren’t recyclable as far as I know. Other than that, I couldn’t fault them and would definitely buy from this company again.
