I have really appreciated the excellent support from Fausto at the Little Tile Company, he has been great and sorted everything out for me. There was an error with my tile order, and he was extremely responsive, working hard to sort it for me ASAP. I have my full order now, delivered today, and all correct thanks to him. Incidentally, not a single tile has been broken in this very large order too. Thanks Fausto, a kind and honest business owner.

I advise refraining from ordering at this time. When I ordered and paid for samples in May there was a note on the website explaining orders were taking a little longer to process due to a bereavement. I allowed extra time but still waiting with no response 7 weeks later. I had checked trust pilot reviews before ordering and they were positive at that time but can see since then that others have had the same negative experience as me. Looks like they should have halted orders if they could not fulfil them instead of continuing to take money. I will retract this if they respond and refund but wanted to warn others in the meantime

I ordered some samples a month ago, but have received nothing. I have emailed several times, but have received no reply, and their phone line doesn't work. Not sure what has happened to them, as I have received samples previously from them.

Absolutely agree. I ordered and paid for a small number of tiles in February but nothing arrived. I have tried to contact them on several occasions to cancel the order and request a refund. No response.

I believe this company to be fraudulent and I strongly advise that people do not order from them.

Luckily I only ordered a one tile sample. I ordered it in early January and as of March 10th it hasn't arrived. It still cost £6 with shipping and I am annoyed about how they have just taken my money and refuse to respond to emails. They have a customer service number listed on their website that appears to be out of use and disconnected. A very unpleasant experience, I would urge that this company are avoided.

Ordered tiles, order confirmation stated delivery 5-7 days. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them, commented on their Facebook posts and messaged them... no response whatsoever. Have opened a claim with my bank as I paid on credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered samples well over 3 weeks ago and paid the full price and postage on top of this. I have not received anything. Contacted them a week ago and still no response.

Useless company. I would not want to rely on them if I was under any time constraint to do a refurb.

Needless to say. We have gone elsewhere and I haven’t managed to get a refund.

Fantastic attention to detail for preparing and the safe delivery of our triangle Victorian tiles! Superb quality and proof that there are craft companies out there who can supply small orders that put big smiles on the faces of house restorers!

Ordered samples, nothing received after two weeks. Emailed to ask for a refund and instead they finally sent the samples. Asked again for a refund as too late for samples, nothing. Not the way a legitimate company operates.

I received my sample really quickly and was delighted with the beautiful way the samples were presented.

I thought that the tiles were so gorgeous that I did not wait for any other samples from other retailers and promptly placed an order.

I received my tiles very quickly and found the customer service both really friendly and efficient.

Had my porch tiled this morning.
Excellent tiling done Stephen is a perfectionis.Definately recomend them.
